Searching For Whelen Strobe Light Buttons Under Dash of Crown Vic

Searching for hidden buttons for the Whelen Strobe lights on this 2003 Crown Vic from the town of Hemet. It's probably staring me right in the face but I am clueless. Somewhere on the center console I suspect but I'm remaining cautious. My driveway is like a Crown Vic graveyard. Two are dead recovered stolen and taking up too much space and the newest addition was brought back from the mice infested grave. So many goodies on it too. Hemet does not decommission their fleet. They don't sweat the details. They allowed me to work on this car in their maintenance yard. A Crown Victoria pick N pull. Lots of parts.
