The singing voice is Oniko, the screaming voice is Maiko. Maiko was recorded from the death-voice of a Jrock singer, so she never "sings" she's just made for screamo xD

Hmm, Oniko is pretty easy to use so long as you know the process for fitting a UST to an UTAU's otos. She actually has VCV too but I only discovered that after I made this xD; I'm late on everything VIPPA-related it seems. The one thing I'd say is watch out for her "i" sounds (such as "ni" especially), they can screech a bit. I used fresamp with an F1 flag for her here, it reduces the screech, but you can also put H flags on her "i" sounds to make them less piercing.

I know there is a link to Maiko's voicebank but after you downloaded it, how did you extract and import her file to UTAU? I've tried everything but I can't seem to get her to work =_=
You have winrar, right...? Can you tell me what exactly is happening/not happening when you try to extract and import her? I need more details to help you beyond "it's not working"
UTAUxyz Okay so when I download her, I'll click "open" then it will bring me to her file. I then either drag it to my desktop, leave it, or bring it to an extra file I have just for UTAU vocebanks. I'll right click and sometimes (not a lot though) it will give me the option to extract. And I will do that, then drag the extracted file to "voice" When that doesn't happen, I'll just do the "compress with WinRAR" option, (and yes I do have WinRAR) or I'll do nothing. Either way, I then move the file to voice, close it, and open UTAU. I go to "project property" and she isn't there. I go to select her in "bank register" and click on her file. I open the file and there's nothing there so I can't open anything. But when I go back to her file out of UTAU, there's her voicebank, ready to go. I don't see why the stuff in her file would just not show up inside UTAU Sorry this was such a long comment 0_0
I just redownloaded her and she's a .uar. Drag the .uar to your desktop and double-click it, UTAU will install it. .uar is UTAU's native installation filetype.

Oh wait wait yeah SHEBA! I do remember their stuff, I've showed one of their songs at an UTAU panel I did a few times! I'm like 99% sure they use Maiko's raw samples individually dropped into the mix since they never seem to have any resampler noise 🤔 The other examples you linked are cool too! I made this cover way back using UTAU-Synth and it was a pain to even try to get a good sound out of Maiko on that default resampler, and honestly I didn't know what flags to use at the time to get it to sound right. Guess I'll have to try my hand at her again since I have access to PC UTAU and a wider variety of resamplers to play with. (I had this plan ages ago to do more covers with Maiko, Oniko and another horned UTAU named Zephyrante like as a band/idol unit but I never did get around to that)
