Thank you so much love and joy from my heart to yours great spiritual teacher of mine since 1970 when I first encountered your teachings and bought your book. My sincere and humble question is this: To clear the body of negative thoughts is it possible to remove them daily at the same time you remove other toxins from your body very naturally. So after waking up every morning and giving thanks you would address all the negative bad thoughts and energy by gathering them all together and heading towards the bathroom. Yes. Could something as simple as going to the bathroom be used as a method to remove negative energy and bad thoughts??? You would then deposit all those negative bad thoughts in the toilet where they belong! Then flush all negative energy down and forget it. Then when finished expelling your most aggravating and harmful thoughts drink fresh water and have morning prayer and meditation without any impending negative thoughts remaining? Would this be better for us my teacher? Sincerely? Bringing negative thoughts downward to expel permanently is much easier than raising them up to rationalize them out in our overworked mind it would seem? I know I felt completely cleansed of negative thoughts this way of dispelling them and felt a tremendous relief and healing from torment and frustration in my body and mind too. So also did a fellow friend and marine vet with post traumatic stress disorder. He laughed and got immediate relief and healing! I felt accelerated in my consciousness and abilities to ascend because I became virtually free of bad thoughts by improving the process of getting rid of them which was a major game changer in my spiritual awareness and ascension. Is this possible Dear Ram Dass? Is it possible that this method could be easier for us all to release negative thoughts and energy naturally throughout the day in this manner, and if so is it better for us and those spiritual beings above and even below as well? Is there anything written about this previously that we can refer to? This concludes my question wise instructor. I hope this helps. Thank you sincerely for considering this option of negative energy removal. I would rather not be the one to explain this difficult subject. But it seems to be so very effective I felt so compelled and spoke of it it in the crystal grid in an attempt to help others tormented by negative thoughts and bad energy. Some may commit suicide with no way to get their poisonous thoughts out of their mind. This may an answer for us all to consider ...amen

Removal of content, privatizing/licensing out content, copyright striking others who post content without replacing what was removed or providing another means to access the content. Restriction of what is released, cutting and editing pieces of full lectures and not releasing the full lectures themselves. Putting a paywall in place that provides access to still limited content. Access to content is overall severely limited compared to just a year or two ago.
