    Thanks for doing these tests for us. Our current project is a ‘95 Olds Silhouette (we have three now) we are equipping for light car camping. Have to do the headliner anyway, so more insulation is a good idea. Back in the day I’d use multiple furniture pads in the front and rear floorboards and trunk of our ‘84 Citation to quiet her down. Handy to have anyway for safety and “picnics”. Will be on the lookout for one of those Buick cargo mats next trip to the boneyard.

      Ha yeah I snatch all kinds of cargo covers like that. I actually had that one brand new for a buick encore back when I worked at a buick gmc dealer. It was an extra one I said ill have a use for it someday lol. And now I do

      Yeah the meter was super hard to simulator but I can without a doubt say it's a much quieter ride inside the car and the ac actually keeps it cooler inside more easily now to. And driving in the rain is a massive improvement. I used to hear so much water spray noise threw the hatch and rear cargo floor. Not anymore
