Ninja gave great advice on sensitivity. He said to put it really low and every time you die because of sensitivity, turn it up. Once you start getting more and more kills, you can find where it’s best for you. Creative would be a good way to implement this method!
Yeah this is the scenario where you actually should have the mindset of your hardware holding you back unfortunately. If you want to do everything you can to improve on there since that’s what you have now, I respect that and all power to you, but your focus should be saving up for a ps5 or Xbox if you want to ever compete at a decently high level! 60 fps is one thing, but even those players I highly recommend upgrading to the newer console if you are actually serious. 30 fps vs sweaty people on 120 just isn’t gonna work haha
I remember I started watching your channel for aiming advice when I changed from a switch to a gaming laptop (w/xbox controller) in May this year and I was so so bad that I was going to give up the game 🤣following your advice helped me get over the change and it continues to help so keep it up!
I use a Scuff Instinct Pro, on PC, I couldn't be without it, is well worth the money, the trigger stops are amazing and the back paddles are a game changer! Great video, I'm going to switch vibrate fully off and see how I go, thanks for the advice! 😊
I use a PlayStation controller. Thank you for this video. I've been watching some similar videos but no one seems to explain the thought process like you. I appreciate it, now I have to apply it and practice! You are incredible.
I had an AIM controller for about a year until stick drift. It was really great until that happened. I'm using a dual sense edge now. It was hard to switch from four paddles to two, but I'm used to it now.
Do you ever want to go back to four paddles? What buttons did you use on four paddles? I use a dual sense controller and I use jump and crouch for the back paddles
Using paddles is a must if you want to improve your play on a controller. I use two paddles, one for jump and the other for weapon swap, and it has improved my close range fighting immensely. Thanks for the tips Jake. Your channel has helped me improve my game over the first year I have been playing Fortnite.
I have 4 paddles on my controller but since I stopped playing builds I never use them. I’ll have to do this. Those are the only things I think I’d use!
Isn't there a third option for keeping your hand on the right stick? You can configure your binds so that you jump with L3. That way you can do jump shots without taking your fingers off the stick. Been doing it for years
I'm on Ps5 with the original controller. I didn't know better so I actually activated the Gyro setting on day one. By now I'm very used to it and thanks to it I can easily control any recoil. The twinmag is juicy, DMRs feel good and I am lethal with the combat SMG etc. The one thing I'm lacking is close range with the shotgun. I have to ADS to activate the gyro so in close range I'm really gimped since you don't actually want to ADS with shotguns.. I've thought about getting a paddle controller and have the gyro on/off on a button for this reason. I've tried without the gyro but recoil control is tough with only sticks. Am I they only one actually using the Gyro setting?
DMRs are underrated i swear i beam people with them. Diamonds thermal is goated. If the twin mag wasnt in the game i feel like the DMRs would be used more than the havoc

To solve the thumb issue on a ps4 controller format, at least for Zero Build, i've changed (X) to (L1) and (Triangle) to (R1) so it came to be very comfortable swapping weapons back with (X) and forward with (Triangle), having jump on L1 and collect with R1.
X box elite series 2 w paddles. My jump and reload are left back paddles for maximum stick contact. Also has 3 setting for trigger and aim sensitivity for normal or if you prefer hair trigger settings.
I bought a dualsense edge for the paddles. I find it hard to get used to them as I've never played with paddles before. I also find the recoil on the twin mag unbearable and I was very good with the red eye and mk. Anything over like 80m is basically pointless for me to shoot at. Just cant get the recoil down. Long range my gun literally jumps like 2 inches up on my screen even when tap firing, it's wild.
I couldn't use a twin mag with the dual sense edge either until I upgraded to a 120Hz TV. The increased frame rate really made that much of a difference.
Left stick aiming and hipfire are going to be good tips, as a battlefield veteran it goes against years of my experience in shooters so will deffo take time getting used to

And i keep my inventory slot just like yours except my heals and my mobilty are the other way around. And i also switch AR to slot to if im using a 2 gun load out.
I see you using soaring sprints in you’re background gameplay, why? i think it’s annoying because pushing someone that’s behind cover in the open is gonna make doing that very slow, giving the opponent a good shot on you at right side peak. And if you wanna get away and you sprint just it’s gonna make the time between jumping and getting behind cover way longen. The only reason i see why you would use it is because you can create more distance between enemies with shockwaves. Let me know
I like using it with shockwaves if i want to go further and being able to do the jump in some close range fights is nice as well as the ability to avoid fall damage. it does have its downsides tho you do have to be mindful of how you use it.

Like i said in the video you just move your character side to side to make adjustments with your aim. Next time youre in game dont move your right stick at all but move your left and youll see your crosshair is also moving because youre character is. You just use the strafe to help your aim
Playing both pc mnk. and ps5 controller and I can't carry my squad ever ..if i get pushed by a squad. The combat smg...beams on controller. On pc it's sooo hard to control.
Oh wow, i knew younused an aim controller and ive always wanted one but for some reason i never thought they made XBox Controllers. I'm definitely gonna look into them. And ill definitely be using your discount code, itll be sometime next month tho so ill have to get that discount code.
Xbox power a, but I can’t get the paddles to work
