Now there's a remastered version (not from the official creator) but it's awesome! It's called "[TaCZ] Timeless and Classic Zero" they are still working in the mod, ut's a beta so there are so many thing to add, there are new animations and cool stuff
Currently they are working on a new version thats super clean
This combined with the medkit mod, would be minecraft tarkov

It's awesome! Best of all, it's survival friendly. I reccomend combining this mod with some other mods that add new difficult enemies like the graveyard. Maybe even some horror mods.

I have this mod in a military modpack and im building a militairy facility half in a mountain and mainly underground

Another recommendation:
Modern warfare cubed. The version of the mod may be old, but it stills good
its fun, but it has a bug i cant fucking fix, it doesnt allow me to aim in sights, it does like a zoomed in csgo aim
There’s less guns in it but the Timeless and Classics Zero mod (the same thing but for newer versions of the game) has better models and animations and all round features
Though as I said not all guns have been added and features like armour, so it’s a pros vs cons kinda thing
Just add a McDonald's mod and add eagles then bam you got the America mod

Try timeless Classics for 1.16 with the add-on for it or try it for 1.20 with the add on for it
