Krapp's Last Tape is the first play I read that showed me how much theatre can really emotionally gut you; I put that book down really shaken when I'd finished it. It's still my favorite play, Beckett is endlessly relevant.
...such a good choice. One of my favorite plays for sure overall, top ten surely...
