What a lovely, spiritual and gifted lady Delia is. Mariella is a wonderful interviewer too. So enjoyed this.
What I love is her sense of the historical context that gave rise to British food in the post-war period. Rationing went on until the '50s, people didn't have much money, and culinary knowledge had been lost, to some extent. She's spot on.
Didn't know she had a book out. Will be fascinating to read
