Nyamira Nominated MP Hon Irene Mayaka on Monday 16/01/2023 unveiled a football tournament that's aimed at promoting Talent, curbing climate Change by replacing Eucalyptus trees in riparian areas with indigenous and fruit trees.
Speaking in Nyamira Town when she was launching the Nyakerario Mayaka Super MP Cup, Mayaka noted the deteriorating state of Gusii Rivers courtesy of Eucalyptus trees and human activities.
