I got the feeling that Caleb wasn’t going to Silly Town at certain points because he enjoys his job/brand/reputation and doesn’t want to alienate his fan base. Everyone deals with money, his potential reach is limitless. He can’t be yucking it up about lesbians not being able to have fully biological kids. Not the way Theo was going with it. That’s a sensitive subject for people, even those who aren’t lesbians but love some dearly. Lesbians and the people who love them have money, that can be touchy. Also? Caleb will go hard on his guests, but he truly cares about them. I imagine he didn’t want to be riffing on bits about how they love their nephew. I don’t see this as a bad thing. Just a reflection of what his comfort level is in potentially coming off as offensive. Theo gets a pass bc he’s a comedian. Caleb’s not and he doesn’t want to be.
I dunno, I didn't find any of his jokes to be out of line. On the contrary, I thought his joke about lesbians turned an otherwise bleak reality into a lighthearted matter that one can chuckle about. You gotta be able to laugh at yourself sometimes.

I'm not perfect, I'm actually eating Burger King right now, but just the other day I almost cried because 3 bills came in at the same time and my rent is due soon and... Caleb!! The episode about the girl who “can’t work or have a boss” was so hard for me to get through!! But I was hoping she was one of the people on your updates because I’m so curious about if she has changed at all!!
I'm very glad that this episode wrapped up by emphasizing how God blessed we are to be in this country. Gratitude is so important, and people are actively choosing to be angry and constantly in crisis instead of just being grateful and keep grinding.
As a therapist who was schooled and working in California, I could realistically see former colleagues give a girl like that advice about not being able to have a boss
My wife and I are out of credit card debt thanks to motivation from Caleb. We've still got some student loans, and we'll be debt free in roughly 2.5 years! I thought I was going to be deeply in debt for the rest of my life.
Caleb inspired me to open my roth IRA. I cant afford to contribute as i should to my 401k but in the meantime, im contributing to my roth IRA while i pay off my debt. I watch his shows EVERY DAY to help keep me going
That’s awesome! Just in case you didn’t know (I didn’t for a while), make sure to actually invest any money you put into your Roth! Otherwise it will just sit there like a regular savings account. :)

Watching calebs channel has really made question myself when spending and how badly I need or want something. The people he's had on his show scare the shit out of me from ever being in situations like those
Same, it’s like scared straight but for grownups 😭😂 finance edition
Love! My husband and I found Caleb a year and a half ago and PAID OFF the last of our debt this week!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Theo does the best interviews because he actually listens to his guests and seems genuinely interested.
Yay! I love this combo! I’ve been watching Caleb for about 1.5 years and thanks to his channel, I’m debt free and can afford my fun stuff instead of all my money going to dumb loans. So grateful! Love that you had Caleb on!
Thank you for having a guest on who actually has something valuable to say, I appreciate you guys keeping up the good work.
21:32 lmao. I hope they stay in contact.
They both have a great sense of humor, but Caleb is also actually such a serious dude. The amount of air space after a few of the funny comments from Theo had him stone faced.
I kept saying out loud, “laugh Caleb, that was funny shit!” 😂
Who else was expecting the “cha ching” sound when Caleb started cussing 😂
1:05:42 😂😂😂
“she went to bed”
Caleb cracked me up I can’t believe Theo was the serious one in that conversation 😂😂😂
I am genuinely so happy this is here, I love Caleb and I watch him every day fr, crossing of two worlds
Perfect example of Theo having the best range of guests, didn't know Caleb before this but im so interested! For sure gunna check out his content after this.
you won’t regret it!! he’s saved me so much time and money
He’s a must watch
We need a Theo Von financial audit.
Caleb!! The episode about the girl who “can’t work or have a boss” was so hard for me to get through!! But I was hoping she was one of the people on your updates because I’m so curious about if she has changed at all!!
caleb is the reason i have my 80k salary job straight outta college - im glazing because bro fr made me aware of my finances 😭
No offense but just say the first part of the sentence.
Caleb is gay and so are his fans. Look it yp
@@LaurenW-g2s yeah honestly wtf was the rest of it
The second part of your sentence makes the first half not believable
I'm very glad that this episode wrapped up by emphasizing how God blessed we are to be in this country. Gratitude is so important, and people are actively choosing to be angry and constantly in crisis instead of just being grateful and keep grinding.
As a therapist who was schooled and working in California, I could realistically see former colleagues give a girl like that advice about not being able to have a boss
What a fantastic duo 😂 I've really cut back my impulsive spending by imagining what Caleb would say if he saw my bank statements 😂😂
I love Caleb's show, definitely motivating. Awesome to see him here
My wife and I are out of credit card debt thanks to motivation from Caleb. We've still got some student loans, and we'll be debt free in roughly 2.5 years! I thought I was going to be deeply in debt for the rest of my life.
This is dope! Love Caleb, glad he got to do something like this
A big attraction of his show is how it makes us the audience feel better about ourselves as we see how horrible the people really are
100% I’m always thinking “maybe I’m not so bad” 😂
@Hablonoenlgles Ha, ha,
I know what you mean. But no, you're terrible.
Not the collab we all thought would happen but the one we needed
Caleb inspired me to open my roth IRA. I cant afford to contribute as i should to my 401k but in the meantime, im contributing to my roth IRA while i pay off my debt. I watch his shows EVERY DAY to help keep me going
That’s awesome! Just in case you didn’t know (I didn’t for a while), make sure to actually invest any money you put into your Roth! Otherwise it will just sit there like a regular savings account. :)
Yay 😀 u deserve a cookie 🍪 😅
Keep going playa!
Watching Caleb helped me get my finances in order. I need to do better but watching his content really changed my mind set.
Omg never did I think of this combo but I watch both the guys so excited!🎉
Theo...thanks for having people like this on. The new generation needs to be smarter about money....Wish I would have heard this in my early 20s.
Literally my financial life has made a turn for the better because of Caleb. Hes awesome.
First podcast i watched of yours theo. You really are keen on caleb that is why there is so much great chemistry between you too. Good job on referring back to calebs episodes buy showing clips. Keep up the good work :D
Love love love Caleb ! I wanted him religious for 8-9 months and was able to save for my emergency and ready my goal of 15k. Caleb helped light the fire in me to really my goals !
Everytime I want to order food I picture Caleb standing over me yelling at me. It’s helped so much 🤣
I appreciate that caleb found that motivation early, I still haven't and I have three kids a wife and a house, but save nothing, I keep up with financial audit.

You missed the autism topic! You must be new here
Thanks for using our studio Theo! Let us know if you are ever back in Austin. xoxo
Love me some Caleb Hammer. I look forward to his videos every week, both for the motivation with keeping to my budget as well as all the fits he throws over people’s dramatically stupid spending habits.
My net worth skyrocketed since watching Caleb Hammer.
Your net worth? 😂 nobody calls their savings account net worth
We've made it boys
👏🫡
I love watching Caleb. And he's 100% correct. I use his content to prevent me from making his guests mistakes. There is an to his channel as well as a refreshing dose of common Sense which these newer generations have absolutely none of
Theo is spot on about zuk acting like a victim
That was so unexpected too lol. Love it
Caleb did not want to talk about Biden. Seems like he didn’t want to be political.
