Indeed, Trans coolers are needed on warm days in Mexico.
For sure a lot think you need to workout to lose the keg, but just reduce the high-cal intake, it didn't happen overnight so don't think it will drop at night, drinking some more water/low-cal liquids tricks you into feeling fuller, as you are not hungry but it is the body processing the food you ate.
