- GB300 is the latest dirt cheap retro handheld game console with a price tag of only $10. Its biggest competitor would be the popular Data Frog SF2000 which gained a lot of buzz last year.
This unboxing video of the GB300 includes a quick size comparison (and display comparison between GB300 and SF2000), button test, first power on and some short gameplay demonstration.
As of now, it's only sold on AliExpress (that I know of).
➤ Buy the GB300 on AliExpress: s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Dl7...
This is the official specs from the store
System: RTOS
Screen specification: 3.0 inch HD Screen
CPU: SL4350
RAM: 1G
Speaker: Stereo speaker
Battery: 800MAH
Input power: 5V/1A
Maximum power consumption: 1.5W
Battery life: 4-5 hours
Charging time: 4 hours
Charging port: TYPE-C
Video output port: AV/2.5v
Size: 13cm x 8cm 2.5cm
The GB300 has the same CPU as Data Frog SF2000. My initial impression is that this doesn't beat SF2000 in terms of ergonomics. The screen is also better on the SF2000 and the overall build quality feels better/sturdier on the SF2000. Data Frog SF2000 can also be bought from AliExpress.

I have their sf2000 with the same chipset and love it. I think I might pickup a few of these as well.
Neat to see the bottom of the barrel these days is still capable of full speed Mega Drive and GBA emulation. I remember when people were going wild over getting these systems emulated at barely playable speeds on early PSP custom firmware.
It has come a long way. I use to carry around an iomega zip drive in my backpack and plug into the school's PC to play games on the go, lol. These handhelds were just a dream back then.
what was that handheld you were using during the sonic test?
Data Frog SF2000, you can buy it on AliExpress.
Does it have any Pokémon games?
Yes It have all gb, gbc and GBA games on It storage
Disappointed in the lack of communication from you such as what are the specs what devices are you comparing to stuff like that and oh a price and shop link also would help
Hey, thanks for your feedback. This video seems to have reached further than my usual audience and I'm not usually this early with a new product. I understand what you mean and I will learn from this. I will update the description of the video.
As of now, it's only sold on AliExpress (that I know of). I bought from this store: www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006357886901.html

@@PocketableGaming thank you very much for the update to your video. I usually am not very critical but I am trying to dip my feet into the emulator water. And congratulations on the success of the video making higher levels of success . Always nice seeing someone rise up and make something happen for themselves
Can it play ff6 or pokemon?
It struggles a bit with SNES and GBA - some games work fine and others don't. I have a comprehensive gameplay video on schedule to be published today showcasing Pokémon on both Game Boy and Game Boy Advance.
