About Academia: School Simulator:

My High School was built by the same people who built the local high-security prison. It showed. The game art reminds me of that somewhat...

No windows... just locking those pupils (and staff) in giant boxes! (Disclaimer: no pupils or teachers were 'locked' in giant boxes.)
I don't know whether it had a negative impact, but some pupils seemed to still be 'eating' when the day was over... do you need enough cafeteria space for all pupils?
I didn't notice the window item until either ep 2 or 3! But there shall be sunlight! I'm not quite sure how the cafeteria works for now -- there's obviously a scheduled lunchtime, but students seem to eat during other breaks as well.

You've mentioned RSI a few times now , have you considered using a gaming keypad like the Razer Orbweaver? I develop a cramp from using standard keyboards, but since switching to the Orbweaver it's much better due to the palm rest.
It's the mouse that's the issue, and too many hours in front of the computer :-) I've seen gaming keypads, but they don't make any sense to me. I need the entire keyboard worth of shortcuts for games like Factorio, answering e-mails, and writing comments :-)
It's used alongside a keyboard and mouse, you can rebind what the keys do, you can even write macros for the keys, but since it's your mouse that's the problem this points moot.

It's Early Access, so there's not much in the way of a tutorial yet -- the Grants system seems to provide that functionality.

A decade!! i last did it at school, 40 years ago. It was a school motto I saw somewhere and it's close. As you know Latin very rarely translates directly into modern lanuages
Absolutely! Case, declensions, conjugations, irregular idioms and grammar. Latin was fun.

This does not only look similar, it sure looks like a reskin with less features. Not that this is bad, i love prison architect! It is just very obviously a copy paste job ;-)
It's definitely NOT a copy & paste job. It's by a completely different developer! Research facts before you make accusations. (Hint: if it was copy & paste it would be a finished game by now.....)

Look in the description... There's a different game!
When a game hasn't been added to the YT database yet, YT will pick a random title and assign it to the game, (even though I have entered the correct title).
It took 30 mins for me to find a name for my school in this game :/
LOL, just look around your desk! Mouse High School, Phone HS, Speakers, Paperclip High, Controller, etc.! Or name it after your last name, or a friend, or whatever!
Sorry but comparing to the prison architect, this game lacks so much in building something.
To be fair Prison Architect has years of development behind it at this point - Not fair to compare this to a feature finished game from industry veterans. :)
Mansen I know but something basic like roofs doesn't exist, which existed really early in prison Architect. I feel like there is no roof over Walls. I know this game is relatively new but it add so little.
The game literally came out in EARLY ACCESS today! You can't compare a game with years of development to one that is just starting out :-) As far as roofs go -- I personally like to see what is in each classroom! (I don't want it covered up).

Omgsh, A lady TH-camr (i assume) who plays games like this. You should try Stonehearth it's really good.
I played Stonehearth about a year ago or so, but not the new update.
The new update is pretty cool actually, the hearthlings have traits and emotions and stuff like that, you should try it out :)
