I’ve watched a lot of Taha’s interviews and I would love for his mother to be interviewed, she seems such an inspirational woman who probably has already given a lot of women hope when there hear Taha talk about her struggles.

@@deedt8279 Yet again her PR at front foot covering up & justifying her lack of skills to emote as "nothingness". No dude... audience didn't expect Alamzeb's character to be loud or bubbly or energetic. Ever observed Vidya Balan, Konkona Sen Sharma or other veteran actresses like Shabana Azmi ji or Smita Patil ji... many of their characters being portrayed were down toned kinds but they weren't expressionless, their eyes, eyebrows say it all & that's where audience could connect with them. Here, Sharmin was expected to be subtle not dead n pokered face... & that too looking wierd with all her protruding lip fillers.
There r many actresses in line with amazing acting skills with alive & beautiful faces n voice... but we ain't getting this why SLB didn't give it a second thought.

His acting was great but he is not a patch on Sushant Singh Rajput. Taha Shah is from a rich and privileged background. Sushant came from nowhere.. and he was not on good terms with his father.. yet he came at the top. Sushant is not comparable.
Also SSR was a street smart not somebody coming from gulf who was born with silver spoon.

In my neighborhood I saw this similar case that a young boy got addicted to drug, he did consult a rehab centre but the situation had already become worst. He used to hurt himself by scratching & biting himself... & one day he hanged himself up...!!! And this incident makes me believe that Sushant met the similar fate. If you are not self disciplined & fake a different personality to the world outside then this is bound to happen.

If you watch it again with positive lenses to see Sharmin Segal Mehta then you will notice that her character was of a innocent girl who never stepped out of that world so I think she maintain that innocent on her facial expressions and on her dances because they are showing her that she never wanted to be part of that world so she never liked wearing jewelry etc. she never learned dance so first time when she was forced into the mess her innocents shows on the screen. In the Malaal movie: - I LOVED her scene at the ocean front with Shiva, her acting was superb. She is so expressive at that time and also when she and Shiva are at her friend house and next day she is telling Shiva that they cannot get married that perfect execution of the scene by Sharmin Segal Mehta. She is a fine art example. She is marvelous and excellent even in Heeramandi. Why stupid people are trolling her.
