One last note, another problem I see is that for a Intake specialist to hit 100 / 150 / 200 sign ups a month. It would require different action. For example: Are the clients getting the BEST experience possible. How are you separating yourself from the competition? The best of the best just outcare the competition. That is the secret. Outcare everyone and you will achieve new heights like never before.

I would just like to state, the biggest problem I have seen is that most managers for intaking usually stop doing what they did to get there in the first place. You have to constantly look for ways to improve the sales process, and some might take bit longer and impact results, however long term will be best. When a intake manager is not in the front lines, it causes them to really not know what is going on, unless you are in the trenches. I also highly recommend to avoid any prviate communications for intaking teams. it should all be transparent within the teams, one bad apple can ruin the whole intake department.
