    I've just started doing a menu plan and it's made life so much easier! I'd struggled for years until once again I was looking at my food supply wondering what on earth to cook. Which was stupid as I typically buy the same meat.(ground beef, chicken breast and sausages) but I was never taught anything about cooking while I was growing up and I was used to jarred sauces and very basic meals. So I googled and googled recipes that typically used all the stuff I usually buy and I found a bunch! Since then Ive cooked:
    Chicken pot pie
    Hearty vegetable soup,
    Devilled sausages (without using a packet mix! )
    Beef and vegetable soup.
    I've also made:
    Potato and leek soup
    Pumpkin soup
    Zucchini slice
    Porcupine meatballs
    And a bunch more.
    Thrilled with the outcome. Will look for more and more recipes as time goes by.

    If you bake meatballs on a wire rack, they’ll get pretty crispy as well 👌🏼

    I dont know if I missed it, how long do you bake the ham potatoes and pineapple for. Im deff trying that. I just need to know how many minutes.. Im a pro at burning dinner LOL

    • @lydiaschmutz
      @lydiaschmutz ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The potatoes looked fairly thin, so I would start with 20-25mins. It also depends on the ham you use, if it's fattier and needs more time my mom said she boils it before baking it
