I am here again after 3years,i gave birth to my first baby in 2020 and i was following your workouts,i gave birth at 37weeks very easy delivery, and here i am again
(I’m on my husbands TH-cam btw lol) When I got pregnant I started doing some of your workouts, but then was told I had a placenta previa which my doctor said I could keep working out but I wanted to take it easy. So at 16 weeks the previa cleared up and I slowly started back into walking, doing your videos, and being more active. Then January came around and I got really serious and started doing your videos 4-5 times a week. These videos have changed my pregnancy. I had back pain and stiffness before pregnancy due to a back injury that required surgery in 2017, but since doing your exercises and stretches, I don’t even notice my back and I feel so strong. I have a toddler and I feel more energy and strength to do things with her now than I did before. I just reached my 3rd trimester this week and I can’t wait to keep following your workouts, stretches and advice. Will highly recommend these videos to people pregnant or not! Don’t know how else to update, but will comment again to update on my labor and delivery and the rest of my 3rd trimester! Thank you for your dedication to us mommas!
I'm so happy to hear that your back is feeling better and you are feeling strong!! All your consistent work is paying off! I'm cheering you on and you are going to do amazing for your labor and delivery 💞
I’ve been doing a lot of your workouts since the beginning of my 2nd trimester and now I’m at 33 weeks and found this workout to be really really difficult!!
Oh so glad I read this, I thought it was just me being weak. My pelvis couldn't take those leg lifts, I ended up doing it standing and leaning against furniture.
I am 28 weeks. I found this one to be pretty difficult..probably bcs i stopped my daily yoga and walking routine after my first trimester. Im trying to stick to yoga this week, i feel like i need to. Shout out to all the mums that attempted and even completed this workout. Yall are amazing xo
I just came to thank Jessica for all her videos. Had my baby early July safely after following her workout from week 8 to 38. Baby came naturally and I am still in good shape . I am 2 weeks postpartum with a 5 month belly and will start the postpartum videos ❤. Thanks Jessica
40 weeks and 4 days and still doing your work outs! They’ve been so helpful as I’ve been following the calendars all pregnancy! Praying baby comes soon naturally!
I am 30 weeks today and have slowed down quite a lot from working out. I used to work out 4 to 5 days a week. The last few weeks, I have only been able to work out 1 or 2 days a week. I have been struggling a bit with dehydration and fatigue. I can't complete a 30 or 40 minute workout. I try to get up and walk for 10 minutes 3 times a day. I really don't want to be hard on myself, but I wish I could do more. I really appreciate your videos
I'm back! Still hard haha but this is one of the first times I've done this workout and haven't died at the bridge pose section 😂 it's amazing how much better and stronger I feel working out consistently. Thank you Jessica! I tell every pregnant/postpartum mama I know about you!
I can't tell you How much I love your workouts. there was a time when I was depressed because I was putting on too much weight and then I found out about your amazing channel. And when I started these workouts my weight gain was perfect for each visit. currently 33 weeks and going strong thanks to you. All the Best to all the would be moms out there and shout out to all of you who are working out despite it being hard to workout during this period. my prayers and love to all of us..
I followed your videos from the first week until the 40th and I had a really positive birth experience two weeks ago! Thank you so much for your effort ❤
@@leocardiakomba4744 It helped me in having a body more prepared for this big challenge. I was in pain but I think It all went well as the body was fit
I am at the end of 35 weeks and my doctor told me do pelvice workouts from 36 weeks. I did this workouts 2 days ago. They are soooooo goodddd, I feel be better than before and so thanks of you. This works out are very very good, but I have a question. Should I do that every day or one by one?
As the first video in the third trimester playlist, my first assumption was that maybe this channel was a little too advanced for me but glad to know even long time viewers found this tricky. I might try a different video
I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’ve been looking for something a bit more challenging so this was perfect for me! I’m going to keep doing it up until I give birth if I can. Thanks for the video!
This workout was challenging, but I feel so good afterward ! I am 30 weeks pregnant and plan to continue your workouts until baby and then postpartum as well! Thank you Jessica ❤
I am 37 weeks pregnant and have followed your videos daily since my first trimester. This is just what I needed to stay fit for the last few weeks before the arrival - challenging but feels like a good body work out. Thank you!!
I am in my 3rd Trimester right now and enjoyed this workout a lot.I always feel safe when working out with you.Feels like the best instructor is with me in my living room. Thanks a lot ❤
Im at 31 weeks and this was so so hard. I did the easy version and I felt really tense in my muscles, but I’m glad I found your channel so I can exercise and feel better
I think this is my favourite video of yours so far!!! I used to be a gymnast and I loved doing some of the ballet type exercises, I felt so strong and connected to my body. Thank you so so much for your videos. I'm 29 weeks and praying for a swift birth and recovery. God bless you all! ❤
39 weeks and 2 days. This was a fun gentle workout . My lower back is now becoming a little stiff in the morning and your workout videos really help to reset my body from sleep - to set it for everyday movements. Thank you ❤
Was fairly fit before (love doing HIIT) and have been doing a bunch of your workouts since first trimester. I'm 33 weeks now and this video was pretty hard for balance and the extra weight on the knees. Felt like your other videos for the first 2 trimesters were easier
Yep same. I am very fit and have continued to work out my whole pregnancy. This is an insane amount of difficulty for women who are carrying 60% more fluid. this was murder on my wrists and knees. She is wearing a fake bump. Such a disingenuous video because no one can do crunching motions with a pregnancy bump. It’s not like belly fat.
I love the cheeky smile during the hard moments 😁 You show us that we might not choose how we feel but can choose how to respond! Lots of Love, you're an inspiration 💖
This is really amazing.. I'm not pregnant but I have pregnant clients at the gym so seeing some of the exercises modified for pregnancy is great, like the child's pose with opened knees. Well done babe
27 weeks and I couldn’t do the lunges! 😅😭 I was doing lunges with weights just six weeks ago and dropped it. I hope this workout gets me back there again! Thank you for the challenge.
37 weeks and 5 days and this is exactly what I needed. A challenge but the moves felt good. Baby is up in my ribs so this definitely helped give me space. My arms are definitely tired after but a nice burn.
I’m 36 something weeks, had a break of 3-4 weeks from your exercises due to moving house which made my body totally swollen. Just got back with this work out, hard but doable , most important thing is that it helps to get rid of all this puffiness and even relieves nerve pain in my palm. Thanks a lot for your work , pregnancy brings a lot of discomfort and you are the one who helps us to enjoy it🤗
I found a lot of the floor exercises challenging because I have pelvic girdle pain, I couldn't lift my leg behind me. Looks like a great work out though for those without pelvic girdle pain.
At 37 weeks this was much too hard. My everything is swollen, it’s very difficult to be on my wrists, it hurts my knees, I stopped doing lunges long ago due to pelvic pain. I basically super modified everything and even just held a modified plank for things. Kudos to everyone who could do it! 6 weeks ago I probably could but not now.
I'm 28 weeks today! Thank you for this video, I also found it very challenging but trying my best to prepare for labour 💪 baby is moving whilst im typing thinking woah this is the most ive moved around today 😂 thank you
I am week 32+, it is my first time to practice the pliates here. Today is very difficult to finish it. And I also got some right lower belly pain while practicing the lifting the legs. I used to do workout in the gym.
Wow. I just did it and feel so much better. Thanks for such a great video. I like your baby girl around, it feels like being with a friend. Real and close❤
My second pregnancy and my leg muscles and inner thigh have been in pain so this workout is actually hurting me more then helping. I do love your workouts though. I just couldn't finish this one without being in pain
you are amazing!!! Thanks for your exercises! since I tried you I always come again! and its already 3-4th time! very grateful for your exercise !!! Love Pilates!
37 weeks pregnant. I admit I haven't been keeping up with these, but with 3 knee surgeries (being on knees the whole exercise), having to wear compression stockings (the calf raises were going to cause me Charlie horse cramps), and my pulled/loose groin, this was impossible for me. Too much pain, I had to stop. Switched to the ball exercise video and it seems a lot more relevant for targeted labor fitness and it was doable for me.
39W tomorrow with my second. Man that was a quiet killer… almost skipped doing it as looked “too easy”… not so… it was tough and just what I needed. TY!!!
I've been doing your pregnancy (all trimester) workouts and decided to transition to the third trimester series as I am 29 weeks. I found todays quite challenging! Particularly the internal and external knee rotation movement. Wasn't so sure I was doing it right? Otherwise loving all your vids!!
Can you do a video on how to keep knees healthy when doing these? My balance is so different 3rd trimester I found it hard to keep everything stable. Also hard to not put pressure on the knees with the floor exercises.
This workout is great, I like the instructor thought in some of the positions it was hard to follow due to the positionnof the camera (not seeing the exercise from different angles). Perhaps the instructor could turn on the side in some of the exercises for better understanding
Jessica, your workouts have helped me so much from the beginning of my pregnancy through to now in the 3rd trimester. Thank you so much for all that you do. I look forward to doing them, especially when I’m feeling particularly low energy or just uncomfortable as I know they’ll help me feel better-physically, mentally, and emotionally. Thank you!!
I sincerely appreciate all these wonderful videos that are helping me achieve a healthy, serene, and active pregnancy! I have a question: Is it possible to do the Pilates videos every day, or should I take a break between each session? Thank you for your response in advance!
Currently 34 weeks pregnant, and I have been following your videos regularly multiple times a week, but I have to say with my big belly this work out was an absolute pain, maybe some lighter third trimester workouts would be a better fit for me.
Hello Jessica, greetings from Germany! I've been following your workouts from the beginning of my pregnancy and I've been enjoying them so much. It helps me keeping my energy level and I barely have any pain during the pregnancy. Now I'm in my 34th week and start to have pain at the symphysis pubis. All information from the internet suggests to avoid positions or movements where one opens the legs, for example yoga squats. Therefore I'm not sure if I can still do the workouts from your program. What are your opinions on this? Many thanks!
I really enjoyed this, some exercises I needed to stop because of pelvic girdle pain but I really loved the challenge and feel like I had a great workout! 💪 I loved all the all-fours positioning to get baby into a good position
Genuine question: when you say pull your baby into your body the sensation feels a lot like doing a sit up or activating the abdominal region (not just the obliques which I understand are ok to work out) which I was under the impression is not good during pregnancy because it increases abdominal recti? What's the difference?
