I just love my Smeg and pasta roller. Makes the best pasta, so easy and delicious. Only just saw the video but managed easily with just instructions. Everything fits perfectly my machine stays on my bench and is used every day. I've have used a hand mixer my whole life so this was a very welcome gift from my husband for our 35th wedding anniversary. Every cook needs one of these!

Tried to return ours as the distance between attachments and bowl was too big and wasn't mixing ingredients. Was told its not faulty and we need to buy the scraper tool, which of course doesn't come with the unit.
Well it looks good, but it's a pitty they couldn't have the vertical stick turning while you're making pasta with the other part. It kinda ruins the beauty...
Even TH-cam videos showing that the dough hook doesn’t function correctly (they were making pasta dough too) And you have TOTALLY omitted the most important part of kneading pasta dough - THE DOUGH HOOK ….do you see where I’m going with this…?? I put it to you that you’ve edited out the part of the dough hook actually kneading the pasta dough BECAUSE you had issues with it too

The reason he dosent show the dough head in action is because it doesnt work
Could it be that you are using the dough hook for blending the ingredients - this is a specialized head for this machine apparently

You are joking art you only three months guarantee if I had purchased your product it would be returned when I read three months
The dough actually doesn’t work. It’s just the beautiful look. Don’t waste of money into Smeg stand mixers if you want to make bread.
