TBH if yun ang case na nangyare kay kuya then hindi po kasalanan ng casa yun, siguro lack of education on the tint level is at fault, all the casa and agent is to follow the customer's request, besides if nadiliman sya why not just remove it? too sad he hit a dog and blame it with the dealership, he's holding the wheel and the tint doesn't give him a "pass" on that said accident, just my 2 cents.
