Thanks for that Anthony, I watched that actuator opening and closing while engine at idle. Now I know what it does. I have to remove the EGR again because I put the 7 mm blanking plate in the wrong end of the EGR cooler and the engine whistles when I get the boost up fairly high.
Mine was stuck too but now free but its tight. I will keep lubing it to see if starts to free up. Interested to know is there a spring internally that returns it to 12 o'clock. Good info Anthony
Hi Anthony, great video as always 👍...my actuator must be seized solid on my 120 no amount of force will move it but I don't have any codes..I did an egr clean a while back and there was very little soot build up, I'm assuming that the actuator is stuck somewhere in the closed position...Thanks again for all the videos lots of quality information..
Hi Anthony I've got the same thing and when I did an egr clean was hardly any build up. I was able to get it moving with a pair of plyers. Just wondering what position I should leave it in?
