Growing pains. The live axle went through all of this also. Pinion angle changes on hard launches and cornering, bent axles, twisted axle tubes, destroyed U-joints, etc.. Keep bringing the knowledge Kelly.
I had all of these problems. I broke my stock axles several times. first it kept snapping the top bushing bolts so I drilled it out and reversed them. then it snapped the bottom bolts so many times that it snatched all the threads out. so I replaced the cradle with a new one. I took flex seal and filled in the rubber bushing holes with it. the bushing is much stronger now and no NVH at all. I slam 2nd and you can barely feel it now. it's way better than it was!
is flex seal like windiow weld? we used to fill oem rubber bushings with that back in the day. im considering doing that for this. might be easier than doing inserts.
Would aluminum driveshaft take the twisted stress compare the carbon fiber, I know it is lighter. What is the cause that the shaft it dig in the under carriage , is the sub assembly flexing upstairs from the sub weak factory bushing. I have a 2017 Mustang 5.0L and have all vertical link, sub bushing, bushing alignment sleeve, toe link. is a 150 lbs drag front spring with the rear at 800lbs from Steeda, or go with adjustable front strut and non adjustable rear. I’am at 430 hp at the wheel. Thank you still following you content with your new S650 excellent.😎🇨🇦👍💪
All Independent Rear Suspension cars. Lowering an S550 Mustang does nothing in regards to this issue as the differential is mounted to the chassis, not a moving (vertically) axle assembly.

“They made their own clearance” I’m glad I wasn’t mid drink! Lol
Great video! Please keep it up. I would love a drive line angles video.
We need more TH-cam content Kelly!😊

Can you post a video of removing and installing new bushings? I bought your kit.
i would love to see a video about driveline angle in the s550

Is this car lowered? Just wondering if that might have something to do with it.
Is your front sub assembly bushing can be change without dropping the sub assembly, not much space with the gas tank closed to tha bolt thanks!👍💪🇨🇦😎
When do you expect these diff bushings to be available?? Mine already split on my na car
Need those bushings for 03-04 cobra provided they have a higher hardness and less deflection than delrin
Very informative video. Thanks for making this video.
Great video!! Definitely need to upgrade mine on my a10 car
What rear gear are you running in the car with the D4 transmission?
I see you have springs... Does this apply to lowered mustangs or all mustangs?

Gotcha...
did you guys ever get these bushings out there?
Excellent info... keep it coming 👊🏼
Stock axle handle 1000hp?
I'm interested in this. I tried urethane bushings over the rubber. The bolts broke.
how long did they take to brake? ball park?
I had the Steeda diff kit bolts snap
The bolts they provide and their products look like they come from lowes/home depot
When will these be available
lol when ya double the hp you're gonna need to double up on other stuff bro.
