For carters creek do you just park on the side of the road then walk the banks or what do you prefer?

@@fishinwithamission2355 ok I was just making sure the bank along the creek is public land and I’m not trespassing! Thanks!

@@hheger As long as you stay in the stream bed you’re ok. But don’t get up out of it and into the woods. I have been stopped by a game warden there before and that’s what she told me.

I usually just swim down stream about a quarter mile to the small rapids there, fish off of them.

What else is in the pond by Sam's club in college Station? Like what other species?

Bass and Bluegill is all I’ve ever seen come out of there but it might have some catfish in it. When I want to catch cats I always went to the river.

@@fishinwithamission2355 thanks a lot! Do you know any creeks or places for white bass near Houston by any chance? I’ve been struggling over here

@@davidx7931 Near Houston there is Cypress Creek, Spring Creek, and the San Jacinto River that hold whites in the spring up stream from Lake Houston. There are several parks along them. Typically they won’t go west of 45 unless the water is really up. Buffalo Bayou actually has a decent white bass population as well.
