Here is a challenge for the next time you have the option: cap in the center. Might be more of a slow play cap, but you will be well poised to take advantage of any chaos and it will make the endgame more interesting.

All the even cap rolls in the history of risk were to balance out this luck
Vamp Chicken, if you had a deeper understanding of partial card blocking you would have made chump change out of Purple. It's kind of like a reverse card block. Put a stack on the board that is bigger than a trade + your opponents troop income + ~20% to counter attacker's advantage. They can not break through this stack even with a trade. Use this large stack to slowly take cards until you've got a bonus, then rinse and repeat for the next bonus. Just make sure their cap isn't open (or another large stack), which it wasn't initially, so they can't destroy your large stack. (A reverse card block they can't take any cards. Your opponent would have been able to take cards in the center of the board or another bonus, so it's a partial reverse card block.)

Well played. Purple did make it difficult, they actually valued cards above bonuses in the endgame. Definitely a GM. But not sneaky enough to hide silly stacks everywhere. So much more to learn.
After Red lost their externals, they couldn't see any of the action.

I'm on a camping trip and I keep hearing "camped" instead of "capped"

I saw it was Supermax and thought it was going to be the epic game from Twitch yesterday.
The streamed game was nearly 5 hours long. This was fortunately a little bit quicker

When you play a game hoping to team up with the noob to out play the master+ and get back stabbed right away for the stupid nood corner when they have the plus 8 on Alcatraz to then turn around to team with the master that knows what they are doing and I nearly out playing them after killing the noob after they full sent me with 700 troops was almost as epic as your games! But I’m no grandmaster!

when people sign up on android, they get an auto-generated name: General + "random name" + running count
a few GMs use the same name structure to fool people and hide their identity
