What you’re driving at is one of my most favorite pieces of business advice I’ve ever heard… “SHOW UP” Guys will clock into work faithfully every day to work for the man but they won’t clock in to work for THE man which is the man that they are and wish to become. We’ve been conditioned in corporate America to put ourselves entirely at the disposal of an employer. There’s nothing wrong with being a valuable man in your workplace, but you’ve got to show up for you too!
To add to your point as well, if you can spend 8 to 12hrs at another person's business and you can't dedicate at least 2 to 3 hrs of body and self improvement for yourself that's just too bad

About to be 10 months in the gym felt like I started yesterday. Elbow feels a little funny but it won’t stop me from going to the gym and do leg workouts! You looking stronger Unc! Have an amazing day!
I was having some weird pains after working out 9 months hard and took about 3 months off of lifting (Kept walking and running). Got back lifting (within a few weeks strength was where it was 4 months previously). Pain was gone in my left arm. Sometimes we need to let the body heal.
Listen to your body. Proper form let your body heal. You only have one. It's a marathon not a race. I tore a pec muscle pushing myself on weighted dips. Took about 2-3 months to feel better
Get some wrist straps. Elbow Compression wraps. These helped me with lifting heavier. Also train your wrists. Do some wrist "curls" with the dumbbells. I don't even need wrist wraps anymore but I know as I get older my wrists will weaken back.
If you guys want to see body game and masculinity on full display go see the new King Kong movie and look at his build and watch what he does. I took my son to see it a couple days ago. I walked out that theater sizing every man up ready for whatever. The movie has that type energy. Anyway peace and blessings to the body game nation and the leader himself UNCLE ROM 💪🏽💪🏽
