    I got my rear bag brackets separate from the front bags.They are steel but I'm also going to have to do a bit of modification to mine as well. i dont think the rear bags i got were as large as the airmext ones. Though I did get their management.

      @chrisgreer9245 I found out that airmext expect you to remove the rear bump stop mounts to fit the bags supplied. This is something I didn't want to have to do, but it would allow me to use a double bellow and the car to sit lower.

    2 questions for you....one: could I order those spacers/brackets for the rear bags from airmext separately? I dont see it anywhere on their site unless I buy the whole kit which I dont want to do.
    Two: what is the part number for the rear bag?
    Would greatly appreciate...loving the content. Beautiful car. Thank you.

      Hi buddy, if you are referring to the 2.5mm aluminium spacers which sit under the pillowball spacer, i had these made up by a friend of mine. I'm confident you won't need them. With regards to the pillowball spacer i purchased these from a company in the uk called only charged dubs. Regards to part numbers, i unfortunately don't have them. The kit was ordered via a friend who owns Rimscarnated. The rear bags i produced are custom so in theory don't exist as an ae86 rear bag just yet as I'm still trialing it. An update video is in progress so I'll be able to let you know what works. Hope this helps and thanks for the kind words 👍

    should really use the bearing in the top rather than relying on the spherical top mount bearing

    hi! how do i know what height i should order? i dont want the o-ring to touch the threads right?

    • @ukautocollective
      @ukautocollective  ปีที่แล้ว

      The o-ring sits on the shoulder of the shaft. It won't foul on the threads 👍

    • @Danielssongustav
      @Danielssongustav ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ukautocollective yes, but i mean the bottom of the air bellow. if the bellow is to long then the orings in the bootom will start to go over the threads, and if it is too short then the orings wont reach the smooth part above the theads and seal correctly.

    • @ukautocollective
      @ukautocollective  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Danielssongustav the front bags were made for my bc coilovers. With regards to the where the o-rings sit, that is explained in the video where you have to measure the distance so that the o- rings won't reach the threads. Hope this makes sense.

    Are these the ones from ali express , I have spoken with an airmext company on ali express and they sell the bags pretty cheap , are these the same ones?

    What is the part number for the front bags?

    • @ukautocollective
      @ukautocollective  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There isn't a part number for them as they are made to spec buddy. If you use the guide issued on the website they will spec the bag which is correct due that application 👍
