I have been exercising for the past couple of weeks because I could clearly see that my memory was terrible. I have began to notice a change in myself already. Exercise is something that is really hard to commit to but if you just do it and decide what is your motivation then it will be easier to follow through with. My motivation is my brain! Good luck😊

why does everyone pretend to ignore that a vast majority of people have damage due to covid? or was it just a hallucination?

The same reason they pretend to believe that man landed on the moon, the same reason they pretend to believe three high rise buildings fell to the ground in freefall speed and mostly turned into radioactive microscopic dust before reaching the ground 😊

Because no one knows! I did every possible test that exist and all is fine! So if its all fine why does not remember what i have done yesterday, brain fog! So lots of ppl are struggling after not just covid but after Vaccination. Fist two didnt do anything but 3th one screw me totally!
I did Carnivore diet for 6 mnts and after a month my memory was heaps better so probably hight fat and protein helps heaps ! Thats my story

My question is, can walking on a treadmill count? Because when it’s snowing n extremely cold, it’s not practical to go out and walk out in the nature , though it’s ideal.

Tea is a more substantial morning ritual than coffee? My morning coffee ritual is already a major meditative routine. My coffe station looks like a small laboratory. Numerous grinders each with different purposed burrs which must be calibrated with each new batch of coffee. Scales, timers, thermometers. Lever activated expresso, pump activated expresso, conical pourover, flatt bottomed pourover. Home pressed paper filters. Each setup requiring a different specific engrammed workflow. Then there is the weekly and monthly maintenance for all of the eqquipment, Let alone roasting the following weeks coffee on the weekend, And dont get me into water filtration and processing mineral composition. The level of meditative concentration so early in the morning probably causes brain damage.Oops. I think that is what we want to avoid.

    First 5 minutes:
Get 9 hours of sleep, do a tea meditation ritual every morning and work out for 30 minutes.
She doesn't have kids, pets or a partner does she?
    Who can do that!?

"10 minutes a day"??? Dr Suzuki gets up at 5:30 in the morning to do her 30 min meditation and 30 min of exercise. Good video, just misleading title.

I just made a comment that’s the same.
I find it phenomenally distracting. This is somebody who needs to public speak a little bit more and then listen to what she saying.
Her intelligence doesn’t shine through therefore with some people it’ll be difficult for them to absorb the information she gives.

He had someone on the other day who did that just when we needed him not to. Had to switch off. It was on what was in ultra processed foods, scarey stuff and he kept saying "um" and "er" and "y'know" when we did not! So irritating!

yes, I’m glad others saw this. This was really difficult to listen to . I’m trying to look through the comments to see if she stop saying “umm”constantly otherwise I’m not going to be able to listen to this. This is too triggering.

Good info, thanks. The Doc needs to learn how to speak with proper diction; without all the "um, um, um" and rapid fire word repeats, and run-on sentences. It was tough to listen to, but I got through it.

I think at least 1/3 of this video was spent on "aaaa aaaa aaaam aaam I I I but but but aaaa aaaaaam aaaam aaaaa".....
    Impossible to listen...
I wish she was reading from a script. I wonder what it means when a person cannot find words or formulate their thoughts reasonably quickly without the need to resort to all those "aaaa aaaaa aaaaa".... and and and and repeat aaam aaam words to give oneself more time to aaam aaa find the right word...🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
Public speakers... you should care about your audience!

No disrespect, but with your background, I would have strongly advised against that 7/11 coffee for that many years! ; questionable quality coffee from machines with *moldy* plastic and BPA parts, and zero to none maintenance on their moldy filters. Never drink coffee from those machines !
