Believing a Democrat appointed Commissioner's impact numbers is pointless. There is no accountability if they are wrong and they will be wrong. There is no independent auditing of those numbers. The actual market and market analysts projections are not considered and they are notorious for being incompetent with every plan containing significant restrictions and demands (not voted on by the legislative but imposed by non-elected, non-authorized departments) that magically have little to no impact on costs and/or expenses. The truly adventurous ones even state that there will be cost savings, additional benefits, and world peace. When they state that entities that are racist or bigots will be removed from any business opportunities, which he did in a previous discussion, it means that any business that operates with Christian values, believes and follows the Constitution, and supports the Republican party need not apply. The requirements are big donations to the Democrat parties, kickbacks to the key Democrat players, a willingness to forge documents or agree with non-sensical projections, and then deny everything or go with the Democrat classic memory loss or self induced confusion if they are compelled to appear in a Congressional hearing about any of the previous required qualifications or why all forecasts were completely wrong.

My guess, and possibly your guess as well, is that the source will be a corporation with control, leasing authority, or ownership of the patent to some alternative energy source and/or one of its components, such as solar power, wind, or whatever other green energy thing that is being developed and invested in. Or it will be a different country that we will have to buy it from. Now, a couple of points. If it is something like wind, nuclear, solar, etc, dont some of those things require electricity to operate? I mean, yes they produce energy, but from what I have read, for example Nuclear requires electricity that comes from coal and natural gas to operate the reactors or something. The other point is that the source will be whichever corporation or country(private industry or corporations operating in that country) that cuts the deal with and agrees with the aims of the FINANCERS/LENDERS/BANKS/INVESTMENT FIRMS that make up the FEDERAL RESERVE. That is who is in charge. You have corporations that have a product and they want INVESTMENT and FINANCING. You have other companies that have a competing product and they want the same. They are compelled to lobby for money and policy favorability. They choose political sides. The FINANCERS that make up the Federal Reserve can print money out of thin air to loan and fund political parties to ensure support and continuity of the system. So these private banks pay off both sides. They are consistently the top donors to BOTH parties year after year. So no matter what, they win. As long as they get to finance with interest and the government ensures a favorable setting and situation for the success of the corporation(s) that gets the funding so that the loans are able to be paid back, the PRIVATE banks(CHASE, CITIBANK, WELLS FARGO, BANK OF AMERICA) come out on top. This is quasi-Fascism in action. We call it the military industrial complex. Bureaucracy is the corrupt government’s alternative to private business as the mechanism to effectuate the manipulation of the situation for the corporations that are involved. If unconstitutional things need to be done or illegal actions or policies are needed, they are achieved through these non-elected arms of the government. The CIA and FBI work the same way. Then, when they supposedly call them to the floor of the Senate, they use semantics, rhetoric, ignorance feigning, and dishonesty or silence to avoid responsibility and they do not get prosecuted for their lies under oath. If they do have to get sacrificed, they get paid seats on the boards of the corporations or even the banks. So our Federal government, in its existing form of application, is not really concerned with constitutional boundaries or legality. They are concerned with the interests of the banks and the corporations. The system is set up so that when something illegal needs to be done, the unelected unaccountable arms(EPA, CIA, DHS, FBI, etc) can do it. They are all in on it. When someone is somewhat an outsider they are marginalized, slandered, and threatened. When they are truly trying to change some aspect of how the system operates, they are shot at(i.e., JFK, REAGAN, TRUMP). I would say Lincoln, but that was the exact opposite. Rebels against the system participated in that shooting to fight against “visual” leader of the system. Lincoln was a bank/corporate shill, in the most unequivocal sense.

Everybody’s going through it so did mine so did the water bill and the gas bill. They need to fix the sewers. That is a huge issue. We have all this leftover Covid money in every state.
The EPA should work with the NRC to help them create infrastructure that collects thorium-232 (it's in tailings piles for rare minerals as well as coal ash), then finance what is needed to build thorium MSRs. The reactors will not only create the needed nuclear fuel for our deep space satellites which need both the heat and power generated by Plutonium-238 which is no longer made by the specific reactor made to create it. Thorium-232 is abundant. U-235 (the fizzile form of uranium) is only 0.7% of the total Uranium on this planet. 100% of Thorium can be converted to U-233 and is fully fizzile. In addition, the greater the number of reactors, the more flood water can be diverted to cool it and the steam captured and turned into fresh water that can be used for farming, drinking, etc. No more need for Reverse Osmosis system to convert salt water to fresh. The temperatures for the MSR are a lot higher than that of a U-235 light water reactor. On and on I could go. The EP is simply being stupid because China bought Biden.

Thr ONLY way to a future of cheap electricity is with NUCLEAR Power Generation. This was recently realized in Northern European Countries, who saw a nearly 75% reduction in electricity costs.

So one of the people who can very specifically make legislation to make sure that poor people aren't left behind, but are instead moved to the front of the line proposes nothing. He can literally be the tip of the spear addressing the problems he has conconted in his head.
