  • you guys asked for binaural beats and here they are. Enjoy a peaceful and deep sleep with this guided meditation. I give you a couple of minutes before the meditation starts to calm, rest into a comfortable position so you are ready to listen. Please use headphones if you can to make the binaural beats more effective. Visualize the words that I say and try to clear your mind for sleep.

    Hi, my name is Christian Thomas.
    Having been through a dark depression, my meditations
    are a way of helping others from my experience.
    Anxiety, insomnia, worry, I even developed a fear of driving
    as a result.
    I still have the occassional day where one of these may rear
    it's ugly head but I manage well now.
    Quick Q&A:
    Why do you make meditations on youtube?
    To help others, perhaps offer a shortcut to relief ( I know everyone is different )
    Does meditation or guided meditation work?
    It literally saved my life, after listening to others on youtube
    I am now a completely different and positive person.
    Are you a trained hypnosis master or doctor (frequently asked)
    lol. No, I am just an ordinary guy trying to help others, over a long
    period alot of people have said I have a voice for something, funny
    how it turned into this.
    What are your hobbies?
    I like call of duty, music is a major influence on my mood, anything
    from Aerosmith or Guns n roses to Michael Bubl'e.
    swimming .......but my biggest hobby is film making and soon
    will have a second channel just for that, look out for that on
    my channels tab.
    What did you do before youtube and do you work?
    I work as a counsellor outside youtube but have had various other
    jobs, removal man, used to clean planes at Heathrow airport,
    worked at the bbc centre in london looking after props
    and sets, wedding videographer.
    What are your Favourite movies?
    C'mon.....Back to the future 1st of course.
    ok, ok....Goodfellas or any gangster movies,
    I have a guilty pleasure of Adam Sandler, it's just my sense
    of humour.
    Do you have a Bucket list?
    yes, important to have goals.
    Skydive is number one, ziplining in wales, shopping in New York,
    Go back to Rome (amazing place), make a movie even be it on youtube.

    I'm tge worst sleeping in person ever. Sometimes I'm awake for 3/4 hours until I fall asleep. I've tried about 40 different sleep hypnoses/meditations but I can all hear them till the end. I've listen to this for a week and I've not managed to listen until the end! Thank you so much for this 😊

    I mean I have severe ptsd and bpd which causes me to be unable to sleep because I get so overwhelmed I just have panic attacks. Or I wake up from panic and this is the only thing that's been able to get me into a sleep or a deep enough sleep to not wake up from anxiety. So I can vouch it works for me. I've tried therapy and medication and i never thought this would work. But I used it as my last resort. 8 years after starting meds. Coming off my meds and using meditation. It's also helping me to quit smoking. :)

      @@MeditationVacation I drink chamomile tea a lot of the time to try feel better as with anxiety comes nausea... But routine meditation has helped me so so much. I used to find it silly my mum always used to tell me to meditiate and I wish I listened sooner x

    As someone who suffers from emotional dysregulation disorder i often find it hard to sleep racing thoughts etc .This was very soothing i just managed a 2 hour deep nap thanks x

    This is so effective I've never heard more than 10 to 12 minutes into it XD I am a lifelong sufferer of sleep-maintaining and sleep-onset insomnia (depending on my mood) and this knocks me the hell out ALL night and I mean all - those occasions when I've come aware in the middle of the night I have fallen back to sleep in no time. This is as rare for me as a unicorn fart. Brava! sir - great great job. You don't know how grateful I am to have found this :D

    I use this every night. Works beautifully and I'm a chronic insomniac. Sometimes it can't work for me, but my sleep has increased

    I have bipolar depression & occasionally I go through long periods where recuperative sleep is pretty much nonexistent. Here's hoping...

    Thank you for this meditation. My children and I have been using it for a couple nights and all fall asleep quickly and easily. I have a newborn and I sleep better, longer, and deeper. I will wake around 4 to feed him and I am not super groggy. Thank you again!

      Before I started meditation, I was going through a very hard time in my life, so much so, I thought I couldn't carry on. Meditation helped me so much. It may not be for everyone but has definitley improved my way of thinking and also how I now do things, knowing myself better. Obviously, first port of call is to see a doc or professional first.

    Was very good actually 👍 I was in so much pain with leg spazzing and cramps I was screaming 😱 in pain finally it kind of gave up a little enough to lay down JUST so searched best one I could think of ( yup this was great ) Thanks from Australia 🇦🇺

    I like this video and I've found it really useful, I've played it to help me sleep many times, but I'm not gonna lie I had to condition myself to think about that chalkboard imagery entirely differently to how you describe it. The idea of writing down your worries and scrubbing them out is super good. Chalk sticks and chalk dust though is just about the most awful thing ever, for me personally. I think about sharp markers on a clean, smooth whiteboard instead.

    I have listened to many of your guided sleep meditations, all have been an amazing source of escape and relaxation as insomnia has been a huge problem for me for years. This audio, I have to say, is probably my most favourite and the one that sends me to sleep every single time with in 20-25 minutes, I have never been awake to hear the end of this audio! I can't thank you enough for the meditations you share with us. By far my most favourite meditation channel and the one I channel I recommend to anyone and everyone I know who has problems sleeping.       For me it's being able to almost physically write down and erase any worries or thoughts away, And feeling a clear empty mind going into a deep relaxation just helps me fall into a deep sleep. I can't wait to see what treats u give us in the new year 😍 All the best xx

      Meditation Vacation : They are all excellent. I esp enjoy this one. Living with mental (depression and daily panic attacks) and physical (Marfan Syndrome) illnesses, every tool at my disposal is valuable. Unfortunately, plugging earbuds in my tablet doesn't separate into stereo sound. but that's okay, the wording in your meditation really helps.

    I've been listening to this every night for the past 2 weeks and can honestly say I always crash out within 15 mins into it-I've never got past the chalk board-I've listened to so many others on here and this one Tops them all-it may not work for everyone but personally for me it does....Big Thank You Guys 😴🛏😴

      Hi, well with all the other ones I've listened too they all start off with getting you to do these long deep breathing exercises and then go on to working on relaxing all your body muscles (please!!!!....I want to sleep!!!..not lay there doing all of this which ends up agitating me)....Yours you concentrate first of all on Clearing all your thoughts & things on your mind (and we all know it's these things that are the main reason that prevents people from drifting off in the first place)....I know we have to be relaxed but your calming voice just seems to do it for me and the releasing of my daily thoughts-can't say that I have slept the whole night through but certainly something with yours that just seems to work for me 😘

    I listened to this lastnight and it put me to sleep. Like I slept hard. Wow I'm impressed because I have difficulties going to sleep so I stay awake late into the night leaving me extremely exhausted throughout the day. Tonight I plan to try this again at 9pm to get me on track for a restful lifestyle.

    This is still one of my favorites..... I listen to the new one missed the binaural beats and sounds of water waves, visual scene's...... that relaxes me. It still was good....:) Man, I wish you had an inbox for suggestions. I can imagine this same one driving along the Lake side banks in the evening for a relaxing evening drive......etc. Lol
    My friend, take my advise that I received from You, Get YOU some rest(sleep), rest your mind so you can be fresh and clear your thoughts for greater Mediation presentations. We don't want you to burn yourself out..... if I got to personal forgive me I'm sorry...🐶 ha ha

    Your voice is so calming. I really liked this. Is there any possibility for a sleep/anxiety video? As a grad student, I'm always so tense because of stress and anxiety that's its hard for my body to let go.

      I should say that. Is true though, have it so you can just hear the music faintly and my voice at a comfortable level. I try to mix them right and do alot of testing before uploading. I may do some voice only meditations next year.

      or you can use a more pleasant background music. piano music is disturbing, because every time you try to relax comma piano sound in and interfere. Otherwise, just listening to your voice to me is very pleasant. thanks !

    you're absolutely amazing. your voice is so calming I've become addicted to your videos. thank you so much. any suggestions for a meditation video for early childhood trama. trama that never stopped but continues to come at me like I'm this huge magnet that pulls deep pain depression sadness and so much more at me. I just want help. and I believe your videos are really helping. just making me aware of my breathing is so much. it can get better. it has too. also I lost my son to a brain tumor and never dealt with him passing. probably due to the continuous trama. any suggestions on that one

    I've already watched this video 50 times, almost know every word, but I lost the ability to meditate by myself. The noise inside is too loud, and I end up dwelling on it without realizing. It's really sad, depression keeps taking away from me the things I love the most.

      Meditation Vacation i have severw kidney problems infection after infection hoping the kidney comes out this year some time then heart surgery at papworth. the kidney has ruined my life 18 months in bed unable to live normal and insomniac one min full coma next lol. i shall hav3 my ear phones in tonight again with this so thanks

      laura nichols I know how you feel, darling. I've got two kidneys but only one works because when I was a baby+toddler I had so many infections that it eventually died. I have a shortened spleen so I can't fight infection like a normal person would, now my "good" kidney is slowly shutting down because of infections. I know how much it sucks. I hope your surgeries go well and wish you a safe and speedy recovery.
