I prefer trigger style brushes to the more traditional top mount trigger assembly, I find them much easier to control overall. I have Grex TG/TS airbrushes in a variety of needle/nozzle sizes I use for wargaming stuff.
I totally understand, I am completely the opposite as I find the traditional double action style much easier to use. That said it really comes down to whatever you are used to or find more comfortable? I found that spray painters usually love these trigger brushes, as they are so used to holding a spray gun and the action is the same. 😉
Almost looks exactly like the masters trigger style airbrush model G79. I have this masters trigger style and the GSI Creos procon boy trigger style as well. Love those 2 airbrushes 👍🏼
Master also has a trigger style airbrush for about $70.00 but it comes with three sizes of paint cup as well as two needles, tips and heads. The airbrush also comes with a tanked compressor as a set as well where the compressor is also made by Master.
Would love to see a comparison video of the gaahleri ghad 68, creos 290, the iwata, sparmax. No videos comparing trigger airbrushes that I know of. Great reviews! Thanks
Another awesome video and believe me or not I seriously was thinking about getting a trigger airbrush for more broad work so again my friend thank you for all your videos and I’m gonna get one asap ! Forever your student Marc ( aka EL PADRE AIRBRUSH PAINTINGS )
@@AirbrushAsylum I need an expert opinion I’m using cretex candy 2.0 with 4030 balancing clear would you know a good ratio I’ve never used candy paint with clear base?? And I don’t want to screw my new Iwata micron up ! Thank you my friend for your advice and thank you for your teachings ! 👍🏻👍🏻 Forever student Marc
Nice I like it at $120 I'm considering adding it to my collection does this maker offer a fan cap version as well? The no threads on the tip is a great feature as you can't accidentally break threads if they are no used😂 great for those with ham hands.
Thanks for your comment and no they unfortunately don't make a fan cap...but that would be good. Iwata's have the vault see following video - th-cam.com/video/FVv-ysI3XZQ/w-d-xo.html that said it will cost you much more to grab one of these .
I'm a true noob. I have an Iwata HP-C Very old but unused.. I tried it and it was quite difficult for my arthritic hands. Can you outline the differences between this GHAD-68, Iwata NEO and the Swallow Tail? Not sure what the differences are between the G68 and the Swallow Tail either.. Thank you
I am new to this brand, meaning so far they have performed well out of the box, but I will see how they go after a few months / years of use. I have a large collection of Iwata's and some which I have had for 20 years and I still use that brush regularly. I can safely say that iwata will last and last and it won't let you down, but you will pay a premium for them whereas this brush seems to be decent quality for the price. I would say spend the $ on the brush that you will be using regularly and if the trigger brush is just for 'every now and then' then I would buy something like this as it's not a huge investment. 😉
Had couple Airbrushes thru the years. Sold my Harder & Steenbeck Evolution 2in1 with both 0.2/0.4 needle and nozzle. It's a really nice AirBrush. Tried a couple Airbrushes. But Evolution has being the best of them, regret soo hard selling it. I still have one Iwata HP-B Airbrush. But i'v lost the tiny like 3mm nozzle and it cost like 70euro. That Airbrush are only for fine and tiny detail, Not good allround Airbrush.
🔥 Check out the GHAC-98D Gaahleri Airbrush - th-cam.com/video/sUY0YmdzY6s/w-d-xo.html

Hi, comes with hose?
Advertised as hose included, but customers say no hose.

Thanks for sharing and I have heard good things about the Master brushes, love the Gsi Creos they are great brushes. 🤘🏻

Thanks for sharing, I haven't tried any master products but I have heard them mentioned many times. Thats definitely a great deal 😉
Do you have a number or link or any further hints to find that combo?
Thanks for the unboxing and demo! I was just looking at trigger airbrushes last week. Perfect timing!
Happy to hear that, trigger brushes are definitely helpful to have in your collection.

Great video, I need to master my Eclipse first but would like one of these in due course.
I picked up one for $45 on sale to do priming and base coating with the .5 setup, it works great especially for the price
Great to hear and glad it is working well for you 😉
Great video. What’s the smallest needle available to use in this airbrush?
I am really curious how this compares to the Grex. Thanks for the video.

No, unfortunately Gaahleri doesn't have a fan cap version at the moment, but I personally would also very much welcome it.😊

Does this come in a cordless form
$100 it better be good!! now do it with a cheap master trigger gun and let’s hear your thoughts
You have many branded and best penbrushes but I only have one with a price of $15,,or Rp.150.000 indonesian money..😂😂😂
... and your $15 gun works perfect for you, right? ;-)
@@moneywasher3139 I don't have enough money to buy an expensive one, so I just rely on a cheap one to work🫣
