    So I bought the Gaahleri GHAD-39 airbrush from your last video review let me tell you that airbrush is absolutely amazing on how well it performs. I had a blemish on the .5 needle that I polished out but other than that it's a beast. Works as well as my $120. Iwata Airbrush. Thank you very much, everyone keep yourselves and love ones safe and healthy and remember to SMILE 😃 😊

    I didn't see where else to leave this so I'll just say it here. I want to thank you for your vids and all the useful information you put out there. I have an art background but I'm the same age as you and I'm taking up the airbrush for the first time, with the intent of painting the models coming out of my 3D printing lab, and thanks to you I know exactly what stuff to get and at least a passing understanding of how to use it. I'm not at the point of joining the patreon yet but I think it's only a matter of time now. Next time I'm not destitute from buying paints, I will make a point to return the favor. For now I just have to say thanks. You have been a wealth of knowledge and your sweet camera angle almost gives me a sense of muscle memory with these brushes, strange as it seems, and I still have years of your videos to get through. Many cheers to you sir and long may you wave. o7

    My Ace arrived today. You asked for feedback, so here goes. I am very picky, so it surprised me how well made the airbrush is, ….close to perfect. The ONLY flaw (and it’s humorous), is a spelling error in the parts breakdown graphic under the lid. The word “nozzle” is spelled “noozle”, twice! I got a chuckle out of it. I got a great airbrush and a laugh from Gaalheri in the same box.

    I really like this ab for the price point. It is probably the best mainland chinese trigger ab being made. Don’t expect Gsi Creos or Iwata quality but still, it’s very good at this price. You have to pay 30-40% more to get better quality(gsi creos or sparmax). However, I am delighted with my purchase. If you don’t mind spending more, creos is the best value I have found for the outstanding quality. I don’t regret buying the ghad-68. It is a pretty nice ab. That said, since iwata has purchased sparmax, I have been delighted with everything I have purchased from this excellent manufacturer out of taiwan. Their products are coming close to GSI and Iwata.

    I love the air compressor idea, but being a dual brush unit, I think that this would have been much better served with a larger air tank. And to be frank, even for a single brush system, a larger tank is ideal so it doesn't keep kicking on the compressor as it did in this video. I think that Tooty is probably the sweet spot for size, noise, and portability balance.

    My current compressor is a tankless HF, & my floor is my neighbor's ceiling. I put my compressor on my couch's armrest for noise dampening and easy reach. How top heavy is this compressor? Is it likely to not sit as well and be prone to tipping over? The armrest is quite wide & flat, pleather couch.

      Our compressor has a relatively low center of gravity, so if you place it on the sofa, it can maintain a stable working position without any problems.

    Did you do any 25+ psi 😮level testing with both brushes?🤔
    The compressor seems to be small and convenient, however I’d be concerned about extensive painting sessions in regard to motor duty cycles.😳

    A question for you Barbatos (if that is your real name): The Vallejo Liquid Metal line is considered to be one of the better true metallic colours, but it has a reputation for being "uncooperative" when brushing. Now, seeing as it is an alcohol-based paint, so you think Mr. Levelling Thinner could make it more cooperative?

    • @barbatosrex9473
      @barbatosrex9473  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's pre thinned already. It's actually super thin. It's alcohol based. However I've had good luck brushing it on. You can't brush it over large surfaces but for highlights you shouldn't have a problem. I also recommend you brush it on over primer. It helps it stick so to speak
