Both are great fighters. It takes a hell of stamina to stand on both feet for 15 minutes fighting an actual fight. Both of them took some serious punches and throws. Hats off to both of them.

Exactly what I said, when a fighter is too scared to close distance but doesn't want to lose the crowd - cue the cringey and somewhat cliched showboating in front of a much more aggressive and successful opponent.
I hope to see more of the newer fans picking up this sort of insight; spotting something subtle like that is a good indicator of having experienced a great many fight nights, Experience that the newer fans (loathe to call them casuals, I fricking hate that terminology) can make the most of, and get themselves up to speed for the inevitable debates about who beats who and who cheats who :D

They are called Pra Jiad and are a big part of the culture and history of Muay Thai. They are so use to seeing them they probably barely even notice them anymore.
