I was introduced to Lara Tomb Raider when I Started to play the Legend Trilogy in the 2000s and the Survivor Trilogy in the 2010's. They're the Lara that I know and they're both spectacular to me. I just sometimes why the fans kind of don't like these two trilogies? Is it like Metallica changing they're sound in st. Anger?
Lara is proof that writing a good strong character that happens to be female is a lot better than writing a female to specifically be strong because she's a woman. We didn't need to be reminded every 10 minutes that Lara was a woman, the focus was on her growth as a survivor. She wasn't a Mary Sue that started off knowing everything or being able to do everything. She had her faults, she had her imperfections and she conquered them one by one through effort.
I wasn't going to comment on this, even though I really loved it. I made a comment to tell you how awesome this is after seeing that ending, where the cello starts-it fits perfectly! A lot of people didn't like this trilogy, but I like it for what it is. I can't wait to actually be able play Rise and Shadow.

That seems to me to be a really well done editing or a very well done compilation of different video materials and on top of that a partly perfect synchronization between the scenes and the music is offered.

the first game in 2013, had the best vision for what they were doing with the reboot. Some key members of the team left after that game, and from then on it got kind of watered down. Even if the general 'idea' was still followed, it lost some of the baser brutality that the 2013 game had. They felt like PG13 stories, compared to the 2013 game which almost felt like a R-Rated horror movie.

I always thought archeology was a cool thing and all, but growing up playing tomb raider and then this rebooted version once it released made me think twice about archeology. Like bruh y’all can keep all those ancient artifacts cause I don’t have time to being be fighting and nearly getting killed over anything like that. 😂

She’s a badass bitch who’s survived so many things ❤️ Although I admit I do miss the old Lara- she was more sassy and charismatic. Hopefully they will develop Lara to be more professional and sassy since her origin is completed now. Once again great edit :)
