This looks like a very nice piece for someone that doesn’t have the space for a dedicated cable machine. I feel where this shines is definitely gonna be the fact that you can pop this off, bring it to a game and now you can do a warm up and keep muscles warm throughout a game, swimming match, you name it. Yes you can use bands too but this is just another great tool to utilize and I can see why it’s in a lot of professional gyms.
ABSOLUTELY nailed it!! There’s so much variety to this beyond the home gym! I can see someone with a remote job who travels a lot especially in the warmer climates use this after a run or bring into a hotel gym etc too. So much to offer in a compact design! Needs more home gym consumer eye balls
Solid review brother definitely well informed, your opinion on it was spot on, and entertaining too. Might consider getting it for a friend. Keep up the phenomenal content man. 💯👊💪
These looks pretty cool. I hear they feel like a band - i.e., gets harder the more you pull - is that true or is it more consistent like a cable machine?
so something I should’ve mentioned already is that it’s a 1:1 resistance. I personally feel like it is pretty fluid through the movement , but the initial pull is where you don’t feel anything. I think it’s superior than a band and the fact that it’s a one one is nice because a lot of cable machines are 2:1 so this is perfect for your accessory movements or high volume unilateral back movements
@@LukesGarageGym very cool. Given how compact it is - great addition to a squat rack - especially like the one you have that is so stable being bolted to the wall
SOO ATX I am not educated on, so it’s tough. What I like about the athena is that they are reputable here in the States, with good customer service, and I love that you have two height options with the ability to upgrade your rack as you go, so it doesn’t have to end there. Just from what I KNOW, I’d do Rep
Dialed motion allows more weight for movements. Only issue is they sell out fast and aren’t mass producing. This only goes to 55 but can get the 65 lbs version
Nice review, but not something that I’d be looking into. I’m fortunate enough to have the space and budget for an integrated functional trainer on my rack. Plus as a powerlifter, I’d find the 55 lb max resistance too limiting even for my accessory work.
thanks bro! Yeah, I really like this for one arm shoulder raises, tricep movements and for hips and even felt good for some hammy’s, but I also am weaker anymore and can’t lift like I used to lol so for your lifting style fitness goals, it just wouldn’t make sense!

What’s your thoughts on the ANCORE Pro? Appreciate everyone liking, subscribing, and commenting! LET’S GO!
This or the dialed motion sidewinder?
Dialed motion allows more weight for movements. Only issue is they sell out fast and aren’t mass producing. This only goes to 55 but can get the 65 lbs version
Sorry, one more question I had, would the ancore work on a 2 x 3 rack?
@ yes it would!

It is $700
with my code it’s below. Definitely a premium buy. All depends on if you see value in all the accessory movements it gives you with its 1:1 ratio.
So small
definitely compact!!
