I don't know if you do this already but record yourself in your combinations. Then study them, I started doing this and suddenly people would start commenting on my line and I AM NOT a dancer. But I would see little opportunities to make the moves better... engaging quads, pointed toes ect. Try it I bet you see a difference! I know on my 8 foot ceilings I am limited really missing a studio with high ceilings.
