    With reference to coparcenary, as per HSA 2005, the daughter becomes a coparcenar, Will the daughter in law also become coparcenar

    All the properties acquired from ancestors are not ancesteral property .acquired by way of partion only ancesteral property. Property acquired by other ways except partition is self acquired properties.

    According to section 8 who will be the legal heirs of an unmarried Hindu male person, if his mother, 2 brothers and 2 sisters are still alive. (The property is a land purchased by that unmarried person.)
