@3:40 is where I had a big off but we were travelling in the other direction. I remember thinking that it would be difficult going up. Camera doesn’t show how steep it is. Fair play, that is a lot of luggage to be hauling too, I was travelling much lighter on my CRF Rally.

Well said. You shouldn't ride this time of year if you're afraid of puddles. Riding off piste is the quickest way to get lanes closed.
