    This is the real teaching how to connected the adapter wheel....thank to you bruh...others youtuber just showing unnecessary action like skru up,how to open skru,how to lock skru,how to pull up steering wheel then just finish..just like that...

    Awesome video my guy, currently following the instructions. However, I'm using a nrg short hub with no attached wires but the package includes 2 jumper pigtails with fused ends. I'm going to go ahead and assume that at some point you reconnected the batt, aligned the hub str8, so that the horn work. This is for those who might be lost there. Keep these videos coming tho. Very helpful!

    The step you do at 7:00-7:03 works fine for me
    Once I get to 8:22 the Horn won’t work when I press the Horn on the steering wheel and make the wire touch the shoe Horn it won’t work.
    If I grab the wire and make it touch a Metal piece then I can hear the horn.
    Any idea what could be the issue?
    I follows everything step by step.
    I also got rid of the airbag light by following your instructions so thank you for that!

  • @slo_car_fast
    @slo_car_fast 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    If you wanna pull a steering wheel off you should screw the steering wheel nut on a couple threads so it doesn't pull the clock springs out with the steering wheel or hit you in the face

    • @rayregnogarage
      @rayregnogarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That was definitely an issue on my Xterra, but the Acura was super easy. No tugging required. Just removed the nut and the wheel came right off

    Will this still work if I added the resistors in steering wheel where the airbag sits vs behind the clock spring for the airbag wires ? I assume it shouldn't matter

    • @rayregnogarage
      @rayregnogarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes for sure. I’ve done that on 3 of my other cars and that’s where I normally put the resistor. The integra was just a lot easier to trace the airbag wire so I thought I’d try behind the dash because that space inside the hub adapter is so small compared to how it is on my others cars.

    You can just touch both battery cables together to discharge the capacitors in all of the cars modules/computers in less than 5 minutes.
    Still want to be careful with airbags. Static electricity can set them off.

    Hey bro my 95 integra LS doesn't have that honk harness. I see you have a honk male plug and I dont have that. Its has a single ground wire that is joint alone with the whole in-dash harness. So once I pull out the harness, the wire for horn comes out too. I can't trace the horn itself. Any idea how I can install the horn wire? My wire is different from yours.

    • @rayregnogarage
      @rayregnogarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      What color is the wire? The horn wire should be blue and if you touch it to anything metal it should activate the horn. You'll need to extend it with a piece of wire to wire it like I did.
