That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, I mean Scientists should be smart, but... in KSP, dumber astronauts just tend to laugh more (no matter danger, out in space, etc.) and those with courage don't freak out as much, so it just changes their reactions to certain things.

nope just debug menu.
Yea, I thought it was an unlockable feature of the Tracking center. (Which would be really cool for career mode!)
