    I love how this interviewer has almost no idea what bill is talking about, is barely listening and just waiting his turn to ask leading questions

    Privilege is having a life so good that you still have the emotional energy to be upset about other peoples' problems

    I have two questions that I think could solve this debate. 1. Was everything you have ever said in your life 100% serious? 2. Have you ever told a story or said anything purely for the sake of entertainment?

    If you're born in a first world democracy, you are privileged. Just ask an Afghan woman, or a villager in Africa who has two walk two miles to get fresh water. Or an Uighur in a "re-education camp" in China. And why is it that it seems that a lot of younger white men seem to feel it necessary to bend over backwards to cater to small groups of professional discontents?

      As an Asian living in a 3rd world country. I fully agree. That’s why the term “first world problems” exist. And yet they’re the type of problems that’s heard and addressed by the world. *sigh

      @@willymaykit1482 White privilege exists as much as size-privilege, beauty-privilege and wealth-privilege exists. The question is not: Do these things exist or not? The issue is how it's handled by us (or let's rather say ultra woke people).
      To clarify: Privilege is not automatically a ticket to easy street. Whoever thinks that is an idiot. Bill understands this. But if you say that these thing don't exist at all, then you are very wrong. Bill also understands this and it's clear if you listen to his podcast.
      Take an ugly, small foreigner and a beautiful, tall local, give them the same chances and compare the outcome. It's going to be different. We are -as human beings - biased as fuck. Not saying that's okay but it's not going to go away, if we scream "WHITE PRIVILEGE!" or something simmilar.
      And by the way, Bill has changed his views on weed considerably.

      Why? This Bill wasn't as introspective and intellectual as he has become now, since he's finally identified his child hood Trauma and can finally confront it and work on it, to evolve. This Bill was kind of a moron 😆💯🤷🏼‍♂️ I've always loved the man, but it was and is an amazing surreal experience to me, to witness Bills growth and evolution ALONG with my own as I simultaneously evolve and gain wisdom as well 🔥🔥 No grown man , especially one this cherished and self established/ achieved, should ever be this misdirecting and publicly misunderstanding of this other grown man's simple question to this extent 😭🤦🏼‍♂️ even I understood perfectly what that guy was implying and asking, but Bill just kept missing the guys intention. Lmao. So glad the forbidden freckled Pharaoh is now smart and still just starting to enter his prime again 🔥

    Even the Middle Ages kings had their comedians (clowns) whose job was not only to entertain but also to OFFEND some of the most powerful people at the time and these people even took a lesson from comedians' performance, but now when we have the generation of brats any loser has the right to feel offended and make a story.

    This was a great interview but Bill Clearly wasn't registering or understanding what that guy is attempting to elaborate on for him and ask him.. He's so used to the the bloggers he spoke of making big deal out if lil bullshit irrelevant things that he was just misinterpreting what the interviewer was implying...👨🏼‍🏫lol. 💯🤷🏼‍♂️ he kinda misdirected a couple times and confidently confused the his words. Ultimately it was awesome, to hear the forbidden freckled Pharaoh express his thoughts out loud, off stage, outside of the podcast 🔥🐐 but I easily detected it multiple times.

    For a bill to say that you can’t have a shit life and not be privileged he obviously doesn’t know about being black in which I understand. But a funny comedian though

    • @davidswanson5669
      @davidswanson5669 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You don’t know about being black, and white people don’t know about being white, because those aren’t real things that have any valid identity.
      Sports offers a good analogy. Let’s say you love one team and I another. We both proudly wear the colors of our team and we despise the fans of the other team. Let’s say my team is ranked #1 in the world for the last 20 years while yours is ranked anywhere in the top 10 but never #1. Still your team gets paid many millions of dollars and live rich lifestyles, and you’re happy being a fan of your team. So would you ever make the wild claim that me and the other fans of my team are privileged? No we aren’t privileged and you aren’t oppressed. In fact your choices in life don’t effect whether your team will win or lose, and my choices aren’t contributing to my team winning. I’m much less wealthy than any player in your team but that’s ok because I’m not as talented as them. And no one complains that the players of my team make more money than any other team because everyone knows they earned it. Now imagine that you weren’t a fan of a team but just a fan of the sport. You’re free to admire any player on any team, you don’t waste time and effort fretting over every loss and gain of your team vs another team. You genuinely enjoy life and focus on your own actual success, and not obsess about success or failures of people you’ll never meet.
      I guess I’m saying that race is just team sports and it only matters if you make it matter, but you’re perfectly capable of just appreciating the game of life for what it is. And if a person from another race treats you wrong then just remember that even sports fans can and frequently act the same way against sports fans of another team. Again it’s all team sports.
