    As someone who worked in this domain of Customer management AI first hand, I feel that there is a lot to be desired when AI is applied to Customer management (or CRM).. The use cases do not deliver enough value to customers, and hence cost for such projects is prohibitive. I feel Einstein is a step in the right direction.. :)

    I see that ZoHo is a clear winner. Salesforce is outdated and may lose it's market share and ZoHo will take over in a span of two to three years. You need to innovate in order to survive in front of ZoHo.
