Customer service tier 1 support department is probably the most impacted by AI Agents in the near term. I see Salesforce holding the AI Agent trophy for enterprise efficiency in the next 2 years. Great vision and strategy. 95% of companies cant build those on thier own by hiring AI engineers. Way to go Marc! Huge win for Salesforce, Investors, and customers.

Has anyone tried to call Salesforce since the rollout of this new feature? I did, unfortunately, because we had an issue with a product, and it’s kind of funny because they don’t use Agent Force. Their phone system is really painful to navigate while trying to contact them. Wouldn't it make sense if they were the first ones to use this new service? I just find it humorous... Cool feature, though, and hopefully it will change the world of customer service!

125 years ago, 4 wheel combustion vehicles started to run on the same roads with horse and carriages with no legal or safely standards in place - the legal frameworks were solved then, they will be solved now.
