Rudy also basically uses keigo, but I don't think he uses it with Silphy. He uses keigo with Roxy and Eris. You might think this is not a big deal, but it is surprisingly deep, and the impression changes greatly depending on the additional letters you add after keigo. The language used in episode 23 in particular is incredibly good.

It seems like something Sylphy would use. By the way, "desumasu" is called "teineigo" in keigo and shows the minimum level of politeness. All you have to do is add "desu" or "masu" to the end of the sentence. Roxy also uses a slightly casual keigo, which is cute.
