I just picked up a B200RSV. I’m loving it so far. I’m gonna go with the ECcarburator 2 stage set up for mine, then get the upgraded cradle bushings and 2 inch lift kit that’s available for it. Adding 2” really brings the bike together. The bushings are very low quality in the engine cradle… so upgrading them when adding HP is a must in my opinion because your chain will start popping off from the bushings failing and causing the engine to vibrate significantly more. Thanks for sharing your experience with this mini bike. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
All that is is that Coleman used a 16mm jackshaft that has a 5mm keyway. The same happens with the Clone TAVS. The first one I got off eBay had a 5/8" jackshaft, and another I got from a different seller came with a 16mm jackshaft. I wasn't happy because they advertised it as having a 5/8" driven. The 16mm jackshaft makes it more difficult for changing the sprocket. All 8 and 9 tooth sprockets are 5/8" bore and 3/16" keyway or built in key. My 8 tooth did slide on the 16mm jackshaft but I had to make a tiny spacer to take the extra slop out of the 3/16" key in the 5mm keyway. The 9 tooths are made a bit more precise and may not slide onto the 16mm jackshaft. Over the years there have been a lot of guys getting kickback with the ARC flywheels. I have never heard of a rock solid fix for it. The cheap cast aluminums are ok except they don't have any timing. Both of my 196's have them. I just time them to 32 degrees without a key. I put them at 32 degrees because that's what the cams call for. No other reason. The PVL on my 224 has a 4 degree key to get the 32 degree timing.
Pvl is what I used here, I notice the kick back when I use ARC flywheels with stock cams. Haven't really had that issue with them on modified engines. I love the ARC billets. I'd swap this one to a 5/8 shaft but it has a 42mm OD bearing. I can't find a 42mm OD 5/8 ID.
I use the airfilter box as a “bolt and nut” collector while I’m working on these engines. Great video FBC! Always encourage me to go out to ride or work on a MiniBike.
That's a good way to watch these longer videos. It's not as much about being flashy and entertaining as it is informative and helping others get through their own projects.
@nubswithguns1538 I'd prefer a rear drum and a front disc. That's the way my motorcycles have been and the way my street legal ct70 clone is setup. They do that for good reason.
@nubswithguns1538 now that I think about it, my dual sport had dual disc brakes. The rear brake was horrible. Every time it got something on the rotor it'd slip, when they got hot it faded very quickly. A simple drum with a good set of shoes is dependable. My RSV brakes freeze but my BT200X do not.
The bike looks great but I was wondering about the exhaust being too close to the filter. They sell a filter cap that covers half of it so the heat doesn’t interfere. You put some good parts on it.
@leemalack1848 it's a modified air compressor engine, it won't mind a bit. I ran this exhaust for 6 months on a different bike without a problem before I sold it.
Hi I need a little info. Being that I am crazy too I need a supplyer for Belt drive units. Have a Schwinn trike, and a 212cc HF motor. I keep snaping chains. 17mm is my axel size. Ideas?
Hey fatbuddycat I have been trying to find someone who has been into the jackshaft I’m looking to grease the bearings do you think I should be able to pop the seals off with shaft in place? Been asking on facebook but I get those bearings are sealed line bs in other words no one knows! I always check with you or the goat thanks in advance
@joegenova1198 The correct way is to remove the shaft and get the bearings out....that said, I know how daunting the task truly is. If you can remove just the outside seals, a guy could deuce them out with a little brakleen and get the majority of any of the old contaminated grease. I'd go after the balls with a toothbrush and a little dish soap (😄), light blow with the compressor or a gentle suck with the shop vacuum to dry, you don't want to blow the seal out on the inside since you're trying to leave the bearings in place. Pack then with new #2 grease and reassemble. If the bearings are in fact, worn, you either get the old ones out or you get a whole new unit.
@scarpinoja a ride on lawnmower or snowblower is louder. I ride mine in the evenings with neighbors on all 3 sides and I'm not afraid I'm bothering them.

I do the same thing, lol!
Are you still telling people that drum brakes are better because discs get dirty?ROFL

🔥
Yeah buddy! I just figured the headlight yesterday too.
Why the different throttle set up, keep up the videos thanks, still waiting for mine up here in Minnesota
They are smooth and easy to disconnect when working on the engine.
Nice upgrades and it sounds sweet 🔧👍
It idles a little higher than I'd like but it's not to the point it's engaging. I guess performance comes with that cost.
you wouldn't happen to have an extra stud bolt for the carb and intake? mine snapped. coleman is out of stock.
They are interchangeable with almost every engine of this ohv style.
Nice work bro 👍👍
Thanks! Now I just need time to ride it. Work takes a lot out of my day.
@@fatbuddycat right , I’m in the same boat .
So maybe not two cards on the other fly wheel did you try that
2 cards for the ARC and 1 card for the PVL or stock.
Fat buddy cat
Your getting hot exhaust right in the air intake should do something else

I've never run a belt as a final drive. I've had really good luck with DID chains. Are you running a solid axle?
where did you get the throttle arrangement Or did you make it your self ( I want one ) it look like a good idea
@tonyblewitt6159 I use Tuck and Run linkage from OMBWAREHOUSE.COM. They work with a governor and can be set up to run without one as well.
No rod upgrade?
Nah, still had the governor in it.

What size jets did you use in the carb?
I think I went 37 on the main.
Which header pipe did you go with
Here ya go! This pipe is short, sweet and to the point......www.ombwarehouse.com/coleman-rb200-header-with-muffler-real-tree-rt200.html
Awesome. Thanks. Question is it a lot louder than the stock? I’m trying to keep it from getting too but also gain some performance
