I haven’t made one in awhile- I had this idea years ago, sketched it out, never came back to it, and finally came back to it and did as much as my motivation allowed
I love hollowknight so much! ( cant wait for silksong )
I’m considering making other hollowknight animations sometime… possibly.
But uh- sorry it’s not totally finished

It seems the realm of Hallownest and beyond draws in and inspires many artists, new and old. Many seem to draw and/or animate, and I've seen a few more writing focused artists among the community, and I happen to one of those writers! It's fascinating to me how HK makes and gathers such an artistic group in such a high concentration

Ah yes. The hollow knight. The ‘pure’ vessel that ended being flawed because the radiance was able to latch onto something deep with the void that resides inside the HK. And that was a desire. The HK’s desire to be with his father once more.
Great animation. It’s good to see hollow knight is still around even now.
I fucking love pure vessel/thk it's just such a great character. I too thought hk was a cute bug game inteal I learned of the line "No voice to cry suffering"

I love this. It fits so well with the Hollow Knights story. Tbh, the Hollow Knight actually went through a LOT throughout its life. Cool to see an animation to show it!

I'm a fan of all non cringe content by hollow knight and although the idea may not seem very good, the implementation is beautiful, so I will wait for a version with better animation, I believe that it will happen someday 👏
