Rainy, stormy California day. Got this in the oven right now and the house smells soooo good! The center is still a little loose and my crust is browned. Gonna leave it in a little longer. 🙏🏼

I personally didnt think the filling was sweet enough for me BUT, I used almond paste and made the Frangipane. STILL good as hell! It's NOT a dinner dessert though, it's more of a lunchtime dessert. PPL that made it ...know what I mean.
