  • MSNBC Anchor Ari Melber breaks down Jay-Z's new verse on "God Did," which discusses “draconian” drug laws, the discrimination and double standards of prohibition policies, and Jay-Z's own life, philosophy and business accomplishments. After this breakdown aired on "The Beat with Ari Melber," Jay-Z said it was an "amazing piece" that captured the song, and he released the audio of this segment as a new Jay-Z track, "HOV Did," on music streaming platforms.
