Hi Chris, Here is link to the full route with details, in the description above. Note, this is an extremely difficult ride. Consider it like a double black diamond. Also, it can get very hot in the summer on Skaggs. I know some very fit cyclist who have run out of water and experienced severe het stroke to the point of having hallucinations. I never ride this int he summer unless it's a very cool day. There are very few places for water and cell coverage is poor to non-existent. Ride with a friend, bring lots of water, and start early. You don't want to get caught on Skaggs in the middle of the day. Water stops are at Lake Sonoma, and Camp Liahona. I'll add a link in the description to a full route with GPS.
Thanks for the reply! I could tell from your video that this is a tough ride and it's one that I'd like to build up to throughout the summer so I can do it in the fall. Seems to have everything a road NorCal road cycler could ask for. I am a San Francisco local so I'm really looking forward to this one.
Well Mr. Wildberry that was some ride. Have really enjoyed seeing the sights from your bike. Thanks and be well.
This is a great video. I'm about to relocate to the area and am so excited to ride!
Thanks for sharing, putting this on my bucket list 🪣
As we say in Massachusetts, wicked ride. What a great idea with the bucket.
Thank you! It's still my favorite loop. Not a good summer ride though, it's pretty hot out there.
So you start in Caz end up in Healdsburg, then you go back the way you came? or Have somebody pick you up in Healdsburg?
From Healdsburg you head back via Westside road. If you’re from out of the area, Guerneville or Monte Rio is a good starting point. Good luck!
Do you use a power meter to help pace yourself?
Is that your generator hub makind a sound?
Who is playing that blue grass?
FYI clicking the link it says the route is not public
It should be public now. Thanks!
Any chance you could type the directions or roads you cycled on?

April 2017……. Sigh…….. never the same after October pyroterror / arson attacks that continue every year.
