@@motorologist the thing is, I believe they said in an interview they literally played holy water *once* live. One single time. So good luck finding that recording, if it exists. It'll be the Soundgarden holy grail as far as rarity goes.
I remember Reading '95 and seeing Soundgarden as they were my main reason for going, they were amazing. I had an awesome time. Absolutely gutted about Chris. The world will never be the same without him. "No one sings like you anymore" Rest in peace 😢💔
I was at this show, not far from where this footage was taken, I never heard the song again for 20 years but I could remember how intense it was. That whole '95 Reading show was intense as hell.
I remember this gig - my first festival - and seeing SG that day was amazing. Perfect weather, some great bands and in hindsight, seeing Kristi get played feels like an honour given (I understand) it wasn't played after this show. Rest in peace Chris, we'll miss your amazing voice.
