Is there a chance to start learning at the age 30 or is it too late to achieve a level od body training that wilk allow you to perform various positions ?

Hi! Thank you for commenting. I believe that anything is possible! Learning synchro at the age of 30 is definitely possible and achievable. If you learn the correct technique and spend some time working on your strength and flexibility, you will definitely get there! :)
