@@LivingLambeaux My Ideal Droid Would be a R-2 Unit, It would have a white Body, Red Dome Head, White and Blue Accessories, and I would get the Backpack, that way I can Carry It around Like a Baby.

I know and that’s really irritating for me! I even went back and watched my video and others video to see if we just missed one of the antennas and we didn’t, it was just a defect

We loved building the droids. We built 1 of each. Wish I got some accessories. There's always next time.
We really enjoyed it as well. I need to look into the personality chips because we thought about getting one but weren't exactly sure if they were really worth it.
@@LivingLambeaux We bought the personality chips. The difference we see is the noises the droid makes. My son likes the personality chip. Are you guys going back anytime soon?
I am always confused when people build exact bb 8 or r2 d2 when they sell them in the gift shop for the same price as build your own
If it’s the same price I don’t know why you wouldn’t go for the experience
@@LivingLambeaux if r2d2 and bb8 is what you want than why not buy it at the gift shop and save the time of not building yourself. That's 15-20 minutes you saved right there and now you have more time for other things in the park. The whole point of the experience is to build something unique that's not in the movies and your own
@@TheSonyGuy1 the point of the experience is to build a droid it doesn’t matter if you build something from the movies or not lol they wouldn’t have the droid parts in BB or R2 colors if not
For me is why build something that takes 20 minutes when it is already built and all I have to do is pay for it. The experience is cool if you want something unique. Me personally if I wanted bb8 I would just get it at the gift shop

You realize your could have just bought a more accurate bb8 in the depot
and slightly cheaper too, the only thing different is that you can put a personality chip in this one.

Awesome... did they still have droid backpacks? I heard they sold out in California... worried since I am building mine a week from Tuesday.
Unfortunately they did not! But this video was from August 18th before the official opening. Have fun!

I built BB-8 to
